The nearest town Durdevac is 10 km away, where you can visit a museum built in an old town fortress and admire paintings by Croatian artists. Likewise, there is a nearby desert called by Croats, Croatia Sahara, where you can explore a dune and sand landscape and spot camels.
Located northeast of Zagreb near the Hungarian border, you can visit especially the wineries of the region with their tastings and restaurants. The local cuisine is always worth a visit!
