    This elegant 2-room apartment of 60 m2 is situated on the 2nd floor and comfortably accommodates a maximum of 4 guests across 2 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first living and sleeping area features a panoramic window that floods the space with natural light, along with a double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. This room opens directly onto the terrace and benefits from a south-facing position, offering exceptional brightness throughout the day. The second, larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed of identical dimensions, 140 cm wide and 190 cm in length, and also provides direct access to the terrace through an east-facing exposure. This bedroom includes a private shower, bidet, and WC. A second shower room with bidet and WC serves the rest of the apartment. The open-plan kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The south-facing terrace of 10 m2 is furnished with a sitting area and offers a very beautiful view of the port, making it an ideal space for relaxing outdoors.
