Fantastic mountain retreat

Wonderful mountainous location yet easily accessible to the coast. Our children loved the use of he pool and the garden is beautiful; the children also enjoyed looking after the resident cat. There are some beautiful walks / strenuous runs from or near the location alternatively it’s around a half hour drive to the coast with easy access to Nice, Monaco, Menton etc. The bbq and covered outside dining area was fantastic to spend the evenings using,

Excellent property and 5* hostz

We had a fabulous time in Bettina and Patrick’s villa. Pool was great! My only comment would be … if you have a low slung car (ours is a BMW 3 series) don’t try to get onto the drive - the angle of the slope is such that you risk getting stuck. It’s really no problem though as there is room to park 10 steps away in the side of the very quiet road. Highly recommend.

Erholung im Schatten von Olivenbäumen

Das Haus liegt auf einem kleinen Berg mit einzelnen Häusern. Es ist dadurch sehr ruhig, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat.Die letzten Kilometer von Contes zum Haus gehen über schmale Wege mit Serpentinen. Direkt vor dem Haus sind mehre Parkplätze.Nachts haben wir unser Auto im abgeschlossenen Hof geparkt.Für die Anreise ist ein PKW unerlässlich. Die Küche ist hell, modern und gut ausgestattet. z.B. Induktionsherd, großer Kühlschrank & Gefrierschrank, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Geschirrspülmaschine…Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfanne und Schüsseln.Es war alles da,was man benötigt hat. Küche, Ess- und Wohnzimmer sind ein großer Raum. Es hat einen großen Tisch, 2 Ledersofas+Fernseher. Da es so herrliches Wetter war, waren wir aber in der Regel draußen. Das Badezimmer ist klein, hat aber alles was man benötigt inkl. Waschmaschine. Die Terrasse ist überdacht und dadurch ist es immer schön schattig.Der Pool hat ca. 5m im Durchmesser und war toll, um sich zu erfrischen.Es gab Liegen und Stühle am Pool und einen großen Sonnenschirm. Der Garten ist sehr liebevoll und hübsch angelegt mit alten Olivenbäumen und Blumen. Bettina und Patrick waren sehr angenehme und freundliche Vermieter. Sie haben uns Tipps gegeben und standen für Fragen zur Verfügung.Ansonsten waren sie sehr diskret.Sie wohnen im unteren, separaten Teil des Hausen, wir haben Sie aber nie wahrgenommen.Ihr Hund war sehr gut erzogen und sehr lieb.Alles war sauber. Es war ein toller Urlaub. Wir würden wiederkommen

Tolle Ferien mit Pool

Wir haben die Ferien sehr genossen. Die Kids fanden den Pool grossartig. Bettina und Patrick waren sehr nett und gaben viele Informationen. Es wäre jedoch gut ins Inserat aufzunehmen, dass Eigentümer mit Hund ebenso vor Ort leben und man Garten teilt. Unsere Hunden haben sich super verstanden! Danke für die tolle Zeit.

Alles perfect. Het enigste maar toch niet onbelangrijke opmerking is dat deze woning geen airco heeft zoals aangegeven in de info ? En dat was toch wel nodig , we kregen de woning niet gekoeld met de ventilators , waardoor de nachtrust toch niet super was .

Sehr schönes, idyllisch gelegenes Ferienhaus mit Privatpool

Bei unserer Ankunft sind wir von der Besitzerin Bettina sehr herzlich mit einem Überraschungsgeschenk und einer Flasche Prosecco empfangen worden. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch inmitten von Olivenbäumen und in einer landschaftlich sehr reizvollen Gegend. Trotzdem sind die nahegelegenen Bergdörfer, Monaco, Nizza und die Orte der Cote d'Azur sehr gut zu erreichen. Ein Auto ist allerdings unerlässlich. Bettina hat uns wertvolle Tipps für Tagesausflüge gegeben und der Pool war nach einem anstrengenden Ausflug ein Highlight, was wir sehr genossen haben. Bettina's selbstgemachte Aprikosenkonfiture und das Olivenöl aus eigenem Anbau waren vorzüglich. Vielen Dank nochmals für Alles. Wer also Ruhe und einen erholsamen Urlaub sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Un petit coin de paradis !

Si vous avez besoin de repos, de calme, de soleil et d’un accueil chaleureux… ne chercher plus, vous y êtes ! Nous avons rarement été reçus aussi généreusement et cela fait du bien après cette année si particulière traversée avec la covid. Bettina et Patrick sauront vous recevoir avec une grande gentillesse, dans leur maison typique de l'arrière pays niçois. Ils vous conseilleront dans vos visites de cette magnifique région comme dans vos découvertes culinaires. Merci encore à eux ! La description en ligne est précise, pas besoin de rappeler mais au cas où ! • A noter (pour ceux qui ne l’auraient pas compris) que tout se fait en voiture : mais le havre de paix se mérite ! • La maison est parfaitement fonctionnelle, on y trouve tout le confort • La piscine, parfaitement entretenue, est trèèès appréciée après de longues balades • Effectivement pas besoin de clim, malgré 3 jours de canicule. La maison est située en altitude et la fraicheur se maintient à l’intérieur. En cas de besoin, des ventilateurs sont à disposition

Idéal pour rayonner sur la Côte d’Azur

Contacts rapides et cordiaux avec les propriétaires . Photos conformes. Adapté pour une famille avec 2 enfants Très calme , jardin et terrasse agréables. Idéal pour profiter de Nice, Monaco et Menton ainsi que des rivières de l’arrière-pays niçois où l’on peut se baigner même en été ( cf sur Google :Planfaé et Redebraus). Propreté à revoir, règlement à adapter, le vacancier n’est pas là pour nourrir le chat ou arroser

Magnifique maison typiquement provençale aux extérieurs magnifique mais une fois le pied à l’intérieur la famille déchantent. Une literie non nettoyée aux températures notifiées dans l’annonce (65 degré) des couches de taies d’oreiller en guise de protection et dévoilant un ensemble de lit jaune avec l’odeur qui vas avec, des poils de chiens partout entre le matelas et le sommiers, des cheveux incrustés dans les matelas, des draps tachés. Maison poussiéreuse, sales, lavabo bouché. Poils de chien dans les plis du canapé en cuir dissimulé sous des couvertures. Table en chêne non utilisable ainsi que les chaises de salle à manger, graisseuse, poils de chien. Toile d’araignées, de poussière au plafond pas nécessaire d’être nettoyé selon la propriétaire car « cela revient » Tout peut revenir sauf la première impression car seul elle compte. Un buffet de salon jamais déplacé laissant sortir des bêtes ( nid derrière la télévision) malgré une aspiration quotidienne, le nid devrait être traité. Une cuisine chmiré par une lavette, inox trouble, élément sales, miettes, cheveux, gras. Lave vaisselle non utilisable car sale il ne nettoieras rien. Plintes des murs brune au lieu de blanc, des sacs poubelles 5 litres pleine de poils de sous les meubles que nous avons déplacés après l’avis général de la maison et notre flair à eu raison! SALE, GRAS, JAUNE, ODEUR DE CHIEN… Aucunes vitres ne donne de visu vers l’extérieur trace de lavette! Dommage!!! Des croquettes de chats en dessous du toilette, mouchoirs et toiles de poussière dans la lumière chambre d’amis. Sommes nous en temps de coronavirus, aux exigences sanitaires strictes ! À fuir pour les asthmatiques!!! ( qui n’ont aucunes exigences européennes de signalement aupres des hôtes) Nous avons dû passer deux jours de nettoyage pour nous offrir ce dont nous avions le droit, LA PROPRETÉ !!! Tout en sachant que Abritel vous factureras une grosse somme de nettoyage de fins de sejour! Pas pour la propreté en tout cas ! Idéal pour 3 personnes, 4 éme lit veiller à ne pas être trop gros car c’est un appoint et vous finirai à terre en pleine nuit! Maison seulement ventilée hors la propriétaire stipule clim, c’est comme vendre une 4L et dire qu’elle possède la climatisation ( ouverture des vitres)Maison fumeur, la propriétaire vous en diras le contraire. Elle ne connaît même pas son annonce avec son accroche de google disponible sur la page wikipedia de Berre les Alpes.

Charme et tranquilité

Petit cocon dans l arrière pays bien pensé bien équipé idéal pour une famille le tout entre 30mn et 1h des plages et des sites à voir. Super endroit allez y les yeux fermés, les hôtes sont au top !

Haus, Pool und Olivenhain in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus war sauber und gemütlich, die Ausstattung perfekt, von einem wunderschönenen Olivenhain und Garten umgeben, so dass wir uns in ruhiger Umgebung und den Pool genießend sehr gut erholen konnten. Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich sehr reizvoll - von der lebhaften Cote d'Azur über den höchten Pass Europas zu beeindruckenden Schluchten. Und die Besitzer sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit!

Sehr schön

Ein herzlicher Empfang mit einem Glas frischen Rosé und etwas Kuchen, den wir nach der langen Reise sehr genossen haben. Die Besitzer waren für Auskünfte und Tipps stets verfügbar. Haus stilvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, ebenso die traumhafte Terrasse und der wunderbare Pool. Was die Lage betrifft ist ein Auto unerlässlich, da keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Haben uns gut erholt und empfehlen dieses Haus sehr gerne.

Un grand merci à Bettina et Patrick pour leur accueil chaleureux et sympathique.Des propriétaires d'une grande discrétion et pour autant très attentionnés!Arrivés un dimanche à 18h nous étions heureux d'avoir à notre disposition un petit frichti bien sympathique et fait maison avec en prime une bouteille de rosé au frais!ce qui nous a permis de prendre du repos après 12h de route....très appréciable et apprécié...!! La propriété est conforme à la description dans un environnement calme et propice à de bonnes nuits réparatrices et dans un cadre très "Provence" (bâtisse ,piscine et oliveraie) à quelques kilomètres de Nice, Monaco ,Menton etc....tout en étant préservé des désagréments de l'urbanisation de le côte!cette propriété à un réel potentiel pour des vacances réussies calmes et reposantes...Nous recommandons vivement cette location et reviendrons avec grand plaisir...

erholsamer Familienurlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub bei Bettina und Francois sehr genossen. Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Grundstück, ideal zum entspannen und Seele baumeln lassen. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt! Das Objekt liegt günstig für Ausflüge in Richtung Küste und auch für Touren in die Berge. Leider gab es in unmittelbarer Umgebung keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, so dass ein Auto auf jeden Fall benötigt wird. jusqu'à la prochaine fois! au revoir Matthias und Doreen

Perfect hideaway not far from the French riviera

My wife and I stayed here for one week as a base to explore Nice and the Riviera. We couldn't be happier. It took maybe 20-25 mins from the outskirts of Nice to climb the winding roads to the house but were really pleased when we arrived. The house and gardens are beautiful, well maintained, clean and has everything you need for a week away. We had great weather all week and so spent a few days laying around the pool and reading, the terrace gets a good mix of sun and shade throughout the day. Bettina and Patrick the owners are lovely and gave us absolute privacy. We also fell a little bit in love with their cat and dog! We will definitely be recommending to friends and hopefully be back ourselves! Thank you!

Wonderful vacation...

This house has been serving me and my to children for 2 weeks in July this Summer. We had the most wonderful vacation in tranquility and joy. The house, pool and sourroundings are perfect for a pleasant vacation. The house and pool are clean and modern and very nice. We can highly recommand this house and its friendly host family.

Peace away from the coastal chaos

A warm welcome from Bettina awaits you in peace of her olive grove. A lovely escape from the hussle and bustle of the Riviera with the coast still within reaching distance for exploring and sightseeing. A well equiped house in a lovely mountain setting with a sunny garden and pool for relaxing. Would return in a heartbeat.
