Stunning fully furnished 1 bedroom flat (sleeps 5 people) with large terrace overlooking the sea in the Cinque Terre/Portofino area available for rent directly from the owner.
The master bedroom comes with a large double bed that can also be turned into two single beds if preferred, and a small sofa bed (120x200cm – sleeping 1 adult or 2 children) . Another large sofa bed (140x200 – sleeping 2 people) is available in the living room.
The kitchen has a large dining table, and it is fully equipped with appliances, utensils, pots and pans, tableware, cutlery and a pressure cooker. Bathroom with bath/shower.
The flat is fully furnished with care and attention to detail. Bed linen, bath towels, beach towels and kitchen towels are provided.
Secure private parking space (with locked gate) provided. Step free access makes the flat suitable for the elderly.
The location is conveniently located with easy access to public transport, and for the more adventurous, the village can be reached with a short walk (5-10 minutes) down the hill.
Moneglia is a lovely village, with typical “carugi” (Ligurian High Street), 2 medieval castles, shops, cafes, bars and great gelaterias and restaurants with local cuisine.
It offers a variety of beaches, sandy and rocky, as well as a diving centre. Boat trips to Portofino and Cinque Terre & Portovenere are available in the summer. Moneglia is not just about beaches, it is surrounded by the Ligurian hills with lots of opportunities for walkers and for all levels of fitness.

Die Vermieterin ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Frau, die Wohnung ist perfekt eingereicht, es fehlte an nichts, die Lage der Wohnung ist phantastisch, herrlichen Blick aufs Meer und die Bucht und 10 Minuten zu Fuß in den Ort. Soggiorno indimenticabile!

Splendida vista, ottima posizione, accoglienza estremamente gentile. Abbiamo goduto un soggiorno allegro, comodissimo. Adriana ci ha dato tutte le informazioni, ma soprattutto ci ha viziate al massimo! Il suo limoncello è una bomba! Mai vissuto un soggiorno così perfetto! Per noi, senza macchina, era facile di arrivare al paese. Le gite che abbiamo fatto erano un sogno! Cosa si vuole di più?

Schöner gehts fast nicht

Wir waren vom 01.10.23 - 08.10.23 in Moneglia. Die Kommunikation mit Ariana auf englisch war komplikationslos. Ariana hat uns erwartet und eine erste Ausstattung zur Versorgung bereit gestellt. Es war sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum, der Blick fantastisch. Zum Zentrum kann man laufen, braucht für den Rückweg zu Fuß etwas Kondition. Es war eine wunderschöne Woche. Wir hatten die E-Bikes mit und konnten so zum Bahnhof (2 km) fahren und alles mit der Bahn erfahren. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Über den Dächern von Moneglia

Bei diesem Appartment passt alles... Bei Ankunft mit dem Zug wurden wir freundlicherweise von Adriana in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung beeindruckt von Anfang an mit dem Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer bis zum Horizont und über die Bucht. Dank der Spezialitäten, mit denen Adriana uns willkommen hieß, konnten wir schon eine halbe Stunde nach Ankunft in der Sonne auf dem Balkonunsere erste Mahlzeit genießen. Beim Einschlafen konnten wir das Meer rauschen hören und die Dachterrasse lädt zum Sternegucken und Sonnen ein. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem und Adriana hat eine sehr freundliche, zugewandte aber unaufdringliche Art und Weise, die die Erholung komplett macht. Vielen Dank!

Moneglia im Oktober. Schon das vierte Mal. Und die Wohnung von Adriana ist perfekt. Romantik pur. Schönste Sonnenuntergänge. Alles sauber und rein. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet. Und bei Ankunft war der Kühlschrank gefüllt. Wir mussten in der ganzen Woche nur einmal einkaufen gehen. Weil die Wohnung so schön ist, haben wir uns immer selbst versorgt. Danke Adriana für die schöne Woche. Wir komme bestimmt wieder.

Wunderbare aussicht

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen von adriana.Sie Hat uns einen klassischen italienischen notvorrat angelegt. Ganz lieb, frische früchte, prosecco, pesto, pasta und guezli. Bin schon lange nicht mehr so beschenkt worden in einer ferienwohnung. Die Aussicht vom balkon war einfach phantastisch!

herrlicher Urlaub in Moneglia

sehr schöne, eher teure Wohnung, im Überfluss ausgestattet war einfach Alles da. Wunderschönes altes Mobiliar. Balkon für 2 Personen gut, leider fehlt Privatsphäre, die durch einen Sichtschutz zur Nachbarterrasse gegeben wäre. Die Sitzwanne im Bad sollte dringend durch eine Dusche ersetzt werden. Superschöne Dachterrasse mit atemberaubenden Ausblick und Gartenmöbeln. Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend- wir wurden mit Pasta und Sekt begrüßt, wir können die Wohnung gerne weiter empfehlen!

Genau das was wir brauchten!

Toller Ort Tolle Unterkunft Super nette Vermieterin Alles in allem haben wir(2 Erwachsene, 2 Hunde) den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es fehlte uns an wirklich nichts. Wir wurden mit den typisch ligurischen Nudeln und Pesto, Wein etc. versorgt:) Der Blick vom Balkon und der Dachterasse ist unbeschreiblich. Einfach nur schön. Direkter Blick auf das Meer. Man hört 24 Std. Lang das Meer in der Ferienwohnung. Meer/Strand ist in ca 10 min über einen kleinen Weg mit Stufen erreichbar. Lediglich der Rückweg ist etwas anstrengender und dauert auch mal 5 min länger;) Lieben Dank an dieser Stelle nochmal an Adriana. Es war wirklich sehr schön bei dir! Kommen gerne wieder. Fantastisk ferie

Fin badeby, med god mat og rene strender. Fantastisk beliggenhet på huset. Det tar fem minutter å gå trappa ned til sentrum, og cirka ti-femten minutter å gå opp igjen. Vi hadde med en treåring som klarte å gå selv (men som foretrakk å sitte på skulderen...). Kan anbefale leiligheten og byen til absolutt alle som har lyst på en rolig ferie.

Wonderful apartment in a beautiful town

This apartment has it all - beautifully furnished and decorated. Very comfortable. All necessary amenities including a very well equipped kitchen. Spectacular sea views from the balcony and terrace above and mountain views from kitchen and bedroom windows. It's walking distance from the town centre and the train station. Our host Adriana was very welcoming, helpful and did all she could to make our stay enjoyable. It was a real privilege to stay two weeks in this lovely property.

Delightul apartment, beautiful view!

Adriana really couldn't have been more helpful. Our plane was nearly 2 hours late which meant a very late arrival in Moneglia. We were wondering what to do about food etc, but when we arrived Adriana had left us a variety of breakfast food and general goodies to tide us over. She was also very helpful on which restaurants to use and on where to visit. The view from the apartment and in particular from the large roof terrace was superb. We spent most evenings enjoying a sun-downer watching the sunset over the sea and cliffs. It was a great location to visit the Cinque Terre, Portofino, Sestri Levante and the mountain villages. We hired a car but could have gone to most places on the train which was easy to use and reliable. The station is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. I must also mention Adrianna’s homemade Limoncello - delicious. We had a great stay!

Tolle, großzügige Wohnung mit sagenhaftem Ausblick.

Alles war wie bei im Angebot und den Bildern dargestellt. Wirklich ein außergewöhnlicher Ausblick über Meer und Bucht. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und umfassend möbliert, was uns an den Tagen mit leider etwas schlechterem Wetter sehr geholfen hat. Anderntags frühstückten wir auf der Dachterrasse. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet, es fehlte an keinen Geräten. Die Gasgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zum Empfang stand ein "Erstversorgungspaket" mit Sekt, Nudeln, Pesto bereit. Einziges leichtes Manko: es gibt nur eine kleine/kurze Bade-/Duschwanne. Trotzdem, wir waren rundherum zufrieden und können die Wohnung ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.

Herrlich gelegenes Haus mit grosser Terrasse

Die Wohnung hat einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Sie war sehr sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Nur das Bad ist etwas klein ausgefallen. Auch im Winter mit der Heizung ist ein sehr angenehmer Aufenhalt möglich, ideal mit zwei Persoen. Die Besitzerin Adriana hat sich sehr um uns gekümmert auch wenn sie nicht vor Ort war. Sie hat uns verwöhnt mit vielen Leckerereien aus der Region. Wir möchten sehr gerne wieder kommen!

One of the best places we stayed in Italy.

Adriana was the best host. We only stayed here 2 days but wish we could have stayed much longer. The view of the sea from this flat was stunning, not only from your room but she had a terrace upstairs for an even better view. She had some lemon jam and and prosecco waiting for us when we arrived. She also invited us up to the terrace for social time with some friends she had in town from Sweden. This place is wonderful! Adriana ist eine ganz wunderbare Wirtin, die sehr um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste bemüht ist (sie hat sogar die Nachbarin beauftragt, nach uns zu sehen). Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt wirklich alles - zudem Adriana auch noch für eine kleine Grundausstattung gesorgt hat: Prosecco, Pesto, Öl, Limoncello.... im Kühlschrank. Die Terrasse ist großartig, riesig, toller Blick. Der Weg zum Meer ist ein bisschen anstrengend, aber dafür kuckt man danach auf die ganze Bucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Just as beatiful as it looks!

We spent a fantastic week in the lovely little village of Moneglia. The apartment worked perfectly, we sat on the amazing roof terrace every evening, before going out to dinner and enjoyed the spectacular view. Adriana is a lovely hostess, very friendly and helpful and really does everything to give you a nice stay. We were also very fund of Moneglia as such, lots of nice cafes and restaurants, a very nice beach and a good starting point for hiking/walking. We would love to come back!

This is truely an Italian apartment by the sea! Adriana, the hostess is so kind and thoughtful! Delicious welcome gifts waiting for us and making sure we had everything we needed. Stunning view and wonderful Host!

We spent a lovely weekend at Adriana's apartment. The flat has a stunning view and Adriana was such a nice and helpful host. She left us a bottle of Prosecco & a bottle of Limoncello in the fridge, local products ( Pasta, Pesto jars, homemade lemon marmalade) , delicious cookies, taralli and sweets. Wow! The town is lovely and it has the rail station if you would like to visit 5 terre. I would definitely recommend this place!

Stunning views of the Med - this flat has everything!

Our four day stay ended too soon! We fell in love with this small town with its beaches, surrounding trails and all the conveniences to make a our stay relaxing and truly authentic. The best part was Adriana's lovely apartment perched above the village with stunning views from every window. The property is meticulous with lovely furnishings and a kitchen that inspired many meals. Adriana shared local treats from the ligurian region and fresh lemons from her trees. The balcony and rooftop terrace, the sound of waves and birds singing, and the stunning views made our stay relaxing and memorable. Italienisches Lebensgefühl

Lage, Lage, Lage. Die nicht ganz billige Wohnung überzeugt mit einem phantastischen Blick aufs Mittelmeer und auf die Bucht von Moneglia. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, alles ist da. Es handelt sich nicht um eine standardisierte Touristenwohnung, sondern um eine liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit italienischen Charme. Die sehr freundliche Gastgeberin kümmerte sich liebevoll um uns und bot sogar einen Transfer zum Bahnhof an. Ein fehlender deutscher Fernsehsender ist kein Problem: Man öffnet die Balkontür und kann richtig gut fernsehen.
