Holiday flat with amazing view

Set on the Gulf of Moneglia , located in an enchanting area with a breathtaking view, tranquility and privacy ... the apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (1 double bed room + 1 bed room with 2 single beds ) , kitchen equipped with living area , bathroom with shower , balcony and equipped with all comforts : Heating and air conditioning indipendent - sat TV - wi fi - dishwasher and washing machine - terrace Solarium and private garden complete with dining table and relaxation area with sitting area - parking space in front house . Guests can use for free from 01 June to 30 September a beautiful condominium swimming pool located 70 meters from the house . The sea and the center of Moneglia can be reached on foot via a pedestrian path with a walk ( for people without mobility problems ) of between 8 and 12 minutes , the sea is really just a few steps away ... however we have always available included in the price a private parking at 50 meters from the train station of Moneglia , also free transfer from the Moneglia station on the day of the check in and check out , to payment on request from the main airports (Pisa - Genoa - Milan ect ... )

We had a fantastic time staying at this flat. The flat was well equipped, good air conditioning, the views were amazing and we really enjoyed the swimming pool. Roberto and Enrica were fabulous hosts. Thank you so much for the lifts to and from the station with our luggage, for the starting-off grocery shop with all the heavy / bulky items and for the gift at the end, you were incredibly kind, thank you. Moneglia is lovely town, nice restaurants and easy to get to Genoa, Portofino and the Cinque Terre coast.

Excellent communication received from the initial booking. Great help from the owners, despite delayed train travel on a Sunday. My whole family were uplifted from 10 miles away due to late trains by Roberto and taken to the accommodation. Thereafter, Roberto assisted in arranging a table for us at a nearby restaurant, again late in the evening. In summary, superb and obliging hosts

TRES BON SEJOUR

Merci à Roberto pour son accueil et sa gentillesse ! L'appartement a été refait et tout était très propre. Il y a beaucoup de rangements. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la vue est splendide. Seuls bemols, l'état exterieur de l'immeuble plutot défraichi et la terrasse qui penche un peu. Le sentier qui mène à la plage qui est tres accidenté (mais ce n'est pas du fait du propriétaire).

Beautiful apartment with fantastic view

Highly recommended this property for many reasons. The view from the balcony and roof terrace are amazing. Just as beautiful at night as in the day. The balcony is a perfect dining spot with a million dollar view. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you need to self cater. Air conditioning was fantastic and essential for our July stay. The swimming pool was a fabulous extra with amazing views and never got to busy even in July. Also Moneglia is a perfect location with lovely restaurants, beach , friendly people and great to explore the surrounding sights such as the cinque terre with a great train network. Roberto was a wonderful kind host going above and beyond for our family. He helped with extra accommodation needed due to flight cancellations that took away any stress we had. Transfers from the train station , booking a restaurant for us and even a shopping trip. An absolute gentleman that was so very helpful. We cannot thank you Roberto and Enrica enough for our wonderful stay in your beautiful apartment . We cannot wait to return.

Schönes Appartement mit fantastischer Sicht auf die Bucht

Wir hatten herrliche zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Appartement. Da wir in der späten Nebensaison dort waren, waren alle anderen Appartements in der Umgebung nicht besetzt. Dies war natürlich ein weiterer Pluspunkt für uns Ruhesuchende. Roberto hat uns perfekt eingewiesen. Trotz der Sprachbarriere war dies ohne Probleme möglich. Roberto hatte alle Beschreibungen per WhatsApp zur Verfügung gestellt und auch wenn wir zwischen durch Fragen hatten, war er über WhatsApp sofort erreichbar. Moneglia ist ein netter kleiner Ort mit einigen Restaurants. Wir sind allerdings jeden Tag viel unterwegs gewesen und haben nur zweimal im Ort selber zu Abend gegessen. Das Meer war zu unserer Zeit (Oktober) durch einen Sturm sehr bewegt, aber das machte uns nichts. Wir haben immer bei einem guten Glas Wein den Abend auf der Terrasse ausklingen lassen. Das Appartement hat alles was man braucht und ist auch für 4 Personen durchaus zu empfehlen. Selbst deutsches Fernsehen kann man empfangen. WiFi läuft tadellos. Vielen Dank für alles. Moneglia is beautiful

Located on a hill but with easy access to the city per foot or car. Excellent parking spot next to the train station which will take you to the cinque Terre for peanuts. Property clean and functional. Balcony has an excellent view of the sea, beach and city. Owners very friendly just like all of the people in Moneglia. Overall very pleased and had a great holiday. Fantastischer Ausblick

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr genossen. Wir saßen stundenlang auf dem Balkon und haben die Aussicht bei Tag und Nacht genossen. Auch vom Gemeinschaftspool hat man einen schönen Blick. Der Weg zu Fuß zum Meer ist nicht weit und sehr schön. Zurück zur Wohnung ist es aber je nach Fitnesszustand aufgrund der Höhenmeter sehr anstrengend. Vielen Dank an Roberto und bis auf ein Wiedersehen in Moneglia Walter und Familie

Un appartement très agréable avec de superbes terrasses avec une magnifique vue sur Moneglia ! Un spot génial pour visiter les 5 terres en bateau et en train ! La ville de Moneglia, station balnéaire calme sans le tumulte des touristes. Sans oublier la piscine ! Merci à Enrica et Roberto, on a passé un super séjour !
