For shared use: property 1'000 m2 with trees, orchard, swimming pool (12 x 3 m, depth 125 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, parking on the premises. Grocery, restaurant, bar 800 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Moneglia" 700 m, pebble beach 1.1 km, rocky beach 1.1 km. Please note: car recommended. Residence with electric gates.

Sehr schön!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber, und man hat von den beiden Balkonen aus einen tollen Ausblick über den Ort bis zum Meer. Am Pool kann man im Schatten der Olivenbäume wunderbar entspannen. Empfehlenswert!
