Fantastic lake getaway

This large, beautiful lake side home is a perfect place for a getaway. The views from the house are stunning. This is the place to go if you are looking for a relaxed, serene and peaceful vacation!

Fun weekend away w friends

House was clean and beautiful, with excellent location. Dock w kayaks and the fire pit added to the fun! We brought Paddleboards and floaties and the water was clean and refreshing! We also rented pontoon boat for a day and had a blast- well worth it! Definitely would go here again.

This house has so many rooms and amenities. Comfy beds, big kitchen, basement for kids, plenty of full bathrooms and great outdoor spaces right on the water.

Memorial Weekend

A great vacation!

We had a great time at SML while staying at this lake home. We spent our days exploring the lake and our evenings around the fire pit. The home was clean and certainly enough room for our group of 8.

There was plenty to do in the home. We used the ping pong and pool tables. Large dinning table for family meals. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and cookware needed. The home is spacious and beautiful. Quality furniture. Basic toiletries were provided. Amazing lake view

Beautiful View and wildlife

The house was very nice and the view was spectacular. It's on a steep hill so it's a hike to get to the dock but worth it to be on the water enjoying the lake. Make sure you take everything you need down to the dock. The Canadian geese were there with new chicks and the groundhog was fun to watch. Lots of birds around and we enjoyed watching all of them.

It's the little things...

Loved the view but not in the afternoon with the blinding sun and no shades. Loved the master BR but not the lack of heat in the huge bathroom that made the tile shower unusable.

Gorgeous Property

Beautiful property with lots of space & gorgeous lake views! Lots of space for everyone with very spacious rooms & good beds. Large living space. We enjoyed our time here very much. A couple improvements that would make it 5 stars: - An instruction manual. There were no instructions for anything. Vacasa didn’t even know how to get front door open. We had to try several things before figuring it out. - Upkeep of the exterior decks. There were wasp nests in the eves which made it hard to enjoy the deck. - Extra blankets - WiFi is spotty

Nice House but no wifi

We just arrived home from a week at SML, the house was clean upon arrival and the layout/size was nice for 4 adults and two children. However the house being advertised as having wifi when that is not the case was a large disappointment. We contacted the property management company on the first day. They promptly sent someone to check, however the router was working but there was no service coming into the router. Never resolved after a week and no follow up from management company. We would not recommend this property based on our experience this week.

Beautiful house.

Access for the lake was not good. Would have appreciated steps or, walkway or a railing. My husband is in heart failure an he only got to get in the boat once. Because of the climb. Because we could not use the awning it would have been nice to have an umbrella for the table. The house was beautiful, however it would have been nice to have a TV in each bedroom. There were no dishcloth to wash dishes as the rack in the dishwasher is broken. No trash bags. Hand soap in only the downstairs bathroom. There was a dirty diaper in the upstairs bathroom and no chairs in the upstairs bedrooms. We don't expect the house to be fully stocked but things like the mentioned should be there. Overall we had a wonderful time. But please pass this on the owners.

Great house and location

Beautiful home and dock and bedrooms all very comfortable and on the main or upper floors versus in basement. Plenty of room for 8 adults and the dock was wonderful and great to hang out at. Communication with host company was ok and cleaning was ok. Several waste baskets not dumped by the time of our arrival and beer cans and stuff cluttered around fire pit we had to clean up. Also, light bulb out in large walk in master closet which made it hard to use because it was so dark (no windows). I also reached out to the host company before we left and asked if there was a refrigerator down at the dock and if there were any noodles for us to use. They replied no to both but upon arrival we realized there WAS a refridgerator at the dock AND there were TONS of noodles for our use. Granted they were the styrofoam ones but still noodles (maybe 20?). Would have brought one less cooler and not brought any of our large noodles from home. Yard is a hill down to the water so was hard for use to play corn hole and other yard games but most houses at SML are this way. Overall,none of things changed our fun level or made that much of a difference in things. We loved the house and location, it's beautiful!! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful floor plan and peaceful lake views!

We didn’t want to leave! We would rent this lovely home again. Spacious rooms, high ceilings, loved the home. Great views from the decks. We enjoyed fun water time around the dock. Boat rental from Bridgewater Marina took 5 minutes by water and 20 minute drive. Water location was really ideal. The Ice Cream Boat pulled right up to the dock for fun snack. There were very minor issues during our stay — master bath soaking tub had already been reported for no water pressure. Comfortable beds, clean bedding, furniture, appliances, TVs, gas grill, deck spaces, all in good condition contributed to our relaxing 4-night vacation (6 guests total). The home exceeded our needs.
