We loved this condo, it was really well arranged for sleeping and modern. The whole setting with the dock was perfect. The only problem was the patio had not been cleaned before our arrival and it was not usable as is . I had to sweep and clean all the cushions

Spacious, clean, and well stocked property

Even though we had to cut our visit short, due to a family emergency, we enjoyed our brief stay at this property. Very clean and spacious! Lovely view of the lake from back deck. Kitchen was well stocked! Would love to visit again!

We have stayed at numerous townhomes in this community. This was by far our favorite and the one we will book from now on! This unit was beautifully remodeled, decorated nicely without being overly cluttered and had great extras. The balconies were clean, the video game machines were cool, the walk to the water was perfect. The other units we stayed at don't have stairs leading to the docks. This one did. That made the daily trips to the water way easier. We loved that this was in a cove but still on the main channel. The dock as usual was a blast and we spent a ton of time jumping and diving into the water. We absolutely loved our stay. And the property managers are AMAZING. We had an issue with the wifi which was not anyone's fault, a cord wasn't plugged in. I had to work in the morning and Jessica came over at 9pm to literally fix it for us. Perfect customer service and they are locals who truly care about their guests having a great vacation. Book here, you won't regret it.

Graduation Vacation

Our daughter lives in the area and was graduating from Liberty. This was a great place to stay. Unfortunately it rained the whole time so we couldn't enjoy the beautiful outdoor space. We did find that neither upstairs bathroom had a working outlet. Also, we are used to locations that provide basic supplies such as paper towels, salt and pepper, dishwashing liquid/detergent and trash bags. We ran out of toilet paper. These objects were not available which were a bit inconvenient as we were not prepared for that. The beds were great! Overall we loved the space and location. As it was so rainy it was a great place to chill and rest with our daughter! We definitely recommend the space and would love to have the opportunity to stay here again!

Lake stay with friends

We were impressed by the location on the lake, it was beautiful and fit exactly what we needed. I’m not sure if it’s a new policy with VRBO, but none of the towels/linens or paper products were provided- they could be rented but seemed a little expensive. Having to bring towels sheets and toilet paper felt inconvenient for paying hundreds of dollars for our stay. Everything else was great though and they were quick to respond to all messages and gave us an early check in. Quiet little tucked away condo!

Beautiful quick get away

We enjoyed our stay here. Had 4 teens that were entertained with the kayaks and games. It has beautiful views. We enjoyed relaxing on the docks and decks. Our only wish was that the kitchen had basic seasons, just salt and pepper. Other than this the kitchen had everything we need to cook for our whole stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving Reunion!

It was wonderful getting together with family over Thanksgiving this year! The view was great the sunrises were phenomenal! Beautifully decorated. The games were great and much enjoyed by the children. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Weekend with my besties

My friends and I stayed for a weekend. We choose to relax and even hired a private chef to cook for us. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the place was beautiful 😍 I'll be staying here again

Great Football Weekend on the Lake

This was the perfect property for our Va. Tech football weekend. The location was great for an easy commute to Blacksburg. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay.

Girls Getaway

We absolutely loved our time at this property!! The owner has done a really good job of updating the property and making sure it had all the "comforts" and "extras" you might need. It was a little confusing about the shared dock situation but thankfully, there were not many people there so it didn't really seem to matter which part of the dock we were on. WE will absolutely rent it again!

Terrific Weekend Getaway

I nicknamed this property the "purple townhouse" from the pictures, but in reality the walls are a dark blue gray and very attractive. Recent updates make it feel fresh and modern. An earlier review noted wobbly dining room chairs which still exist but were totally serviceable. We grilled steaks the first night on the gas grill and it worked perfectly. Loved the views from our balcony and the floating dock!

Fantastic condo!

We rented this condo with 2 friends for a long weekend and had plans every day we were there so we didn’t spend much time on the property. I wish we’d planned to stay longer because the condo itself was so nice, very comfortable and the view was awesome. We will definitely be back!

Fun lake vacation

The property was in a wonderful location and close to everything that we needed. The unit was updated and nice. We enjoyed the party deck and ability to have a boat while we were there. Neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. We had a fun week and would recommend this property for families.

Great location!

Really loved our stay. The location was perfect. Loved the townhome. Only complaints: No real storage for food in the kitchen BUT counters are spacious so we made due, would highly recommend they get some better bed pillows and the dryer took a few hours to dry a load of laundry - that said not deal breakers.. We’ll definitely be back!

this unit was great for our purpose of planning and retreat for staff of 4. Everything was clean and in great working order. Was a little surprised by the extra owner's fee that was charged and not advertised.

Stunning views and beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. Beautiful home, big enough for my entire family. Right ON the water! The weather was chilly but the water was warm and we swam our hearts out. They have the nicest neighbors too! We will be back!

Awesome home and location

We stayed at this home for a week in May and we loved it! This home has great views of the lake and is in a really nice community. We can sit on the balcony of the house or the deck on top of the boat docks and enjoy the views of the lake, birds, boats, and jet skis. This home is very close to the grocery stores/pharmacy etc in Moneta and is in a very convenient location. The home was very well kept. It is very new and everything was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/bakeware. We cooked all our meals at the home because of the pandemic. There were board games to play in the living room. Downstairs there were other games. The beds were comfortable to sleep on. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, so more than ample space. In addition, the sofa in the basement can also become a bed if you do not want to use the bunk bed. You have to drop off the trash but trash bags are provided and the trash drop place is in Scruggs road, which is on the way when you leave the neighborhood. We visited the Smith mountain lake state park. It was beautiful. We went to an Alpaca farm, did horse riding, Booker T Washington memorial, D-Day memorial, Smith mountain lake dam , Strawberry picking, etc. It really was a fun vacation and you (it was closed but the drive was nice)have options in case you do not want to be in the water all day. CB Rentals was very responsive with any questions we had and provided help when we needed it. Since this home did not have any reviews, I was a bit apprehensive about booking it. It also looked too violet in the images posted here in VRBO. But it is a pleasant bluish-gray tone and the home looks nicer than the pics! Would love to visit this place again! Jyothi

Beautiful property and location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for our stay. I was very grateful that there were baby gates, since there were two sets of stairs in the home. A couple things... if you have younger ones, the area near the dining room can be a little scary. Our little one tried to climb the "wall" a few times. The other thing was there there was no dresser in the master bedroom upstairs, which we did find odd and had us living out of our suitcase. Beyond that, our kids loved the downstairs room with all of the games. The property was beautiful and very peaceful. We hope to be back!
