“Perfect accommodation for a few nights stay. Family owned and run. Check in was easy and when we enquired if room had a walk in shower we were changed to a room that did. Very friendly, attentive staff. Clean towels each day. Great bar meals, smaller portions available. Wonderful Guinness😍 highly recommend.”

“The hotel is very unique in it's structure from an old mill. Easy to navigate around the property and outside amenities. The staff, especially at the bar was fantastic and my wife and I were treated well.”

Breakfast buffet was also very good (although the quality of coffee could be improved). We found free overnight parking at the East Port car park about 50m from the hotel.”

“We had a beautiful room looking out over the water. The room was amazing a beautiful message and duck left as a gift.Big bathroom. Swimming pool , steam room, sauna & hot tub all am. We had Dinner there and breakfast next day the service was awesome and food was amazing ”

“Great value for money accomodation. Location was amazing. Can be a bit noisy if you are looking out at the square. Very clean . Very comfortable twin beds and lovely shower. Looking around the hostel, it seemed what a hostel should be with different nationalities mingling in the kitchen and TV room. Easy checking in. Loved the place. Would recommend to anyone”

“One if the staff went above and beyond when asked about laundry. She was amazing. She was also upset.to mearn that cleaning staff had left the dirty towels holding the door of our room open when we had checked in. She picked them up and took them away.. My husband really enjoyed the course. Due to the gale force winds he was not able to golf the 2nd day and he was disappointed. But that can be Scotland!. Due to the winds a brace should be available to keep windows open. A small feidge……
