Strandnahes Ferienhaus Sonne am Stettiner Haff with 3 bedrooms Dear holidaymakers and future guests, we would like to introduce our holiday home on the Szczecin Lagoon. The sunny plot is located in the old town of Mönkebude, a popular resort and is located about 500m from the beach or from a small marina. The beach is ideal for children and beach chairs can be rented from the harbor master. In addition, a snack bar, a restaurant and in the season some stalls complete the offer. The building was built in 2014 in a typical regional style with two separate house halves and each with its own entrance. The half sunshine is comfortably equipped for the use of four people. An extra bed is possible on request. On the ground floor there is a living area with kitchen and exit to the terrace, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a second. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Haus Sonnenschein has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge or Freezer, dishwasher and stove with ceramic hob incl. Oven. In the lower bathroom is a washing machine and there is a hairdryer. The house is equipped with a satellite system and the living area has a flat screen TV and a DVD player. There is also a travel cot and a high chair. On the sunny terrace garden furniture in the form of a table with six chairs invite you to linger. A small garden grill, a meadow area and a private parking space are at the guests' free disposal. However, sun loungers and beach towels are to bring your own. Animals are not allowed in the house sunshine. Smoking is allowed on the premises, but not in the house. Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
