“This is a fantastic place to stay in Ann Arbor. Pictures do not do the apartment justice; it was clean, attractive, and well-furnished with everything we could have needed (e.g. extra towels and blankets, water and snacks upon arrival, etc.). Parking was easy - there is a reserved spot in the back - and the location is walking distance from the shops on Main Street (15-25 mins), campus (20-30 minutes), and Kerrytown/farmer's market/Zingerman's deli (8-10 mins), where we had breakfast each……

“What a treat to be able to stay somewhere where you can swim in a pristine pond/lake. Peaceful setting and accomodations. The hosts were super friendly and walked out to meet us when we arrived. We definitely want to stay there again!”

“The condo was very clean and relaxing. Check-in went smoothly. We appreciated the host informing us about the construction near the condo. It did not impact our trip too much as we were gone most of the day (only waking us early morning on a Saturday). But we were ok as we planned to walk to check out UofM anyway. One recommendation, is to make sure all the check out procedures are consistent. A text message did not indicate addressing the wash (towels) but the app indicated we needed to which……

“We had a different host cancel on us on the day we were supposed to check-in. Booked this property at the last minute. Host was quick to respond and make sure we had a place to stay. This apartment was as advertised. Watched the sunrise over Lake Erie every morning we were there.”
