“I have refrained from commenting on my experience hoping that I would receive some for of communication from Unwind Luxury Rentals. However, after waiting for 9 days without anyone reaching out about how problems, I feel like it is time to respond. We arrived late on Friday to a hot house. One of the AC units was not working. “We enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing. The house was very nice and peaceful. We are a group of friends who get together a few times a year and rent properties all over the United States. There are a few things that we feel need to be noted and addressed for future guests. The house should be supplied with toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.
