「When we arrived, we had no idea where to park. There were numbers on the parking places, guy said there was no passes. All the other cars had passes in the windows. There were also no towels in one of the bathrooms. We had to go dig them out of the dryer. There was an empty cigarette carton on the outside patio. Clearly was not cleaned. There was also no Wi-Fi. We reached out to the owner several times trying to get access to the Wi-Fi with no response at all.」

「10/10 cannot recommend this property enough! It was clean well stocked with everything we would need and close to everything. Host was very good at communication. Loved everything about this!」

「Beautiful condo recently updated with the most impressive decor. Also very comfortable choices in furnishings. Easy walk to Davis Wade - took about 20 minutes so no need to hassle with game day parking. In fact, just a couple minutes drive to The District and anywhere else you need to go. Some of the complex shows age but it looks like additional buildings are being renovated so will be a nice complex once all are done. Do not hesitate to rent this condo! It is perfect in every way!」

「Slept 8 guys with a little ingenuity utilizing the couch and air mattress. Nice place very close to campus and the stadium. Easy walk to the stadium and a bit more to the cotton district (food and drink). Suited our football game needs very well.」

「I can't say enough wonderful accolades for this rental. It was clean, beautiful, a perfect location near campus, quiet, and large enough for multiple families. The owner is quick to respond, providing clear and helpful communication. Make this your stay the next time you are in Starkville!! 」

「First let me say how perfect this apartment was in location to MSU and all the shops and restaurants around. The beds were super comfortable, loved having morning coffee on the porch each morning too! The decor was beautiful and we loved enjoying movies nights on the comfy couch. Kitchen was full of all the spices you’d need for cooking, washer dryer came in really handy. Looking forward to coming back if we can find an available weekend for another MSU weekend. 5 stars for sure!」

「Adam was a wonderful host & was available immediately to answer questions. The condo looked brand new! The condo was very spacious & the fact that all 3 bedrooms had their own attached full bath & walk in closet was a real plus!!! There was also a half bath near the kitchen/living room. Definitely a A」

「This property was more like a buget motel than "gated condo." The Cons: When we arrived it was gated but the gate was not closed. The outside needs some tlc and the parking lot had at least two broken down cars. There was no designated parking as far as we could tell. Indide, the bathroom drawers were both broken. The soap dispenser had no handsoap. There was one flat sleeping pillow for the two of us and four small throw pillows. There was also a noisy plastic mattress cover on the bed....

「We came in for parents weekend with two kids and two adults. The place was spacious. There were a lot of nice little extras and the host communicated effectively when we needed something. I would recommend this place to other people.」

「This was the perfect place for our family game day weekend. Great location to walk to campus. The host thought of very detail and her response time was the best I’ve ever had with a rental property. Very thing was so clean and extra comfy. I highly recommend this property!」
