The property looked trashy and the room was not clean. Bathroom was dirty. Toilet had dirty black substance on and around it.There was mud on the floors and the floors were sticky. Awful the worst place I have ever experienced in a hotel. Trash cans had trash in them already.

Room was not clean. Handles falling off drawers. Cover on heating unit fell off. Almost non existent continental breakfast. Mismatched furnishings. If it had not been for our late arrival I would have demanded a refund. Never staying at a Quality Inn again. I will also not use Hotels.com as a booking ...

Americas Best Value Inn West Monroe
My daughter and I stayed here for nights. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and we felt very safe. The staff was very nice and helpful. We eould definitely stay here again.
