「it was a nice place to stay」

「I really enjoyed my stay. I have nothing too bad to say about this property.」

「This was my second stay at this property. Property owner did not provide access information until the day after the start of the stay (and only after I requested it). Toilet handle was broken (was informed of that after I arrived), storm door would not latch, there was carpet tack strip nails exposed at the threshold of the bedroom doorway. (found those with my bare feet). Owner needs to do a better job of providing access information and perform some house maintenance.」

「Loved this home! Homey, clean, and convenient!」

「Brenda was super easy to communicate with and answered all my questions. Super clean house, no smoke or pet smell at all. This place has so much room and yet was so cozy. 100% recommend」

「Wonderful place to stay!」

「Nice neighborhood」

「We had a wonderful stay. I will say though, check-in was a bit confusing because we arrived in the dark. I wish the instructions would have been more clear about what door the code was for. 「The place was great & super cute! The beds were comfy & we had an ample amount of linen, towels, & dishes. Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was a couple of things that weren’t listed appropriately: it says there is a futon with one of the queen beds but it’s only an air mattress & the shower situation was not an actual shower head, but rather a spray wand attached to the spigot. No big deal, we made it work but it would’ve been nice to know. Overall our stay was great & we would stay again!」

「The host was a outstanding communicator. They were pet friendly and family friendly. No problems with AC or hot water. The host had water and sodas in refrigerator for adults and candy for my granddaughter. There is no ice maker so we bought some ice trays and that fixed that issue. Overall its a great place to relax.Would recommend to family and friends.」
