Located in the quiet Club Montroig del Camp residential area, this accommodation is just 3 km from the beautiful beaches in the area. Its location allows you to enjoy the serenity of a residential zone without giving up proximity to the sea, as well as an excellent connection with the main tourist points of the Costa Dorada.



SPACE:



This cosy detached bungalow, distributed on a single floor, is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for comfort, privacy and relaxation in a residential setting. The property has four spacious double bedrooms, two shower rooms, a fully equipped independent kitchen with oven, dishwasher and everything necessary, and a large living-dining room designed to share unforgettable moments.



Outside, the house offers an extensive private garden with a barbecue area, comfortable outdoor furniture and an exclusive swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and enjoying the Mediterranean sun. It also has air conditioning in the main rooms and an entrance path with capacity for two vehicles. To preserve the tranquillity of the area, parties and events are not allowed, thus guaranteeing a relaxed and respectful environment for all guests.
