"The host answered all my questions prior to arrival (I had quite a few) We were met and escorted to our room and the room looked exactly as pictured with a beautiful view. We had everything we could possibly need. It was also my 1st time staying at a VRBO. It was very close to the beach, about a 15 min or so walk to the restaurants in the middle of Orient Bay. It was easy to navigate. The walls were also pretty sound proof or everyone was exceptionally quiet. We would highly recommend !"

"We had a great time in Saint Martin. Loved starting the day with a cup of coffee on our beach view balcony with a breeze. Condo was great for the 2 of us. Any minor repairs or issues that came up were quickly addressed. Christian was super nice and very helpful. Everyone we met on the island was courteous and kind. Such a great trip. Lots of great beaches on Saint Martin, can't wait to go back."

"My girlfriend and I had an amazing time for her birthday trip. The property was beautiful. The space was super clean and spacious. We rarely saw anyone else but everyday upon returning from our excursions, we would notice they would clean up and change the sheets and towels daily. Parking was super convenient right in front as well as the check in process. There was even an ashtray on the property for smoking in designated areas which I found useful lol. Lastly, Julie was an amazing host. She was very easy to reach via Whatsapp and a great problem solver despite never even running into her during our stay lol. My girlfriend says its 10 out of 10 and we'll surely be returning."

"The concierge team of Anais, Yoann and Thibaud were an amazing resource on this trip! The house was perfect for our party of 9, with 4 full bedrooms and their attached baths. We loved the location at Cul-de-Sac. The views from the patio and pool face Pinel Island and were absolutely stunning. The house was well equipped with everything a group would need for a week's stay. The hosts thought of everything!Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us."

"We stayed at Karibuni Boutique Hotel for six nights and had an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located if you're looking for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had stunning views. Breakfast delivered to the balcony each morning was a wonderful touch. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle to Pinel Island. We truly appreciated the quiet atmosphere. I would highly recommend Karibuni Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Saint Martin and would gladly stay here again."

"Overall, the property was as described and met our expectations in terms of location, amenities, and layout. We enjoyed our stay and found the home comfortable.However, the cleanliness was not quite up to the standard we expected. Upon arrival, we found an opened bag of ice left in the freezer, an opened bag of peanuts in one of the kitchen cabinets, and a discarded takeout container left on the deck. There were also pool toys scattered throughout the property rather than being put away. None of these issues significantly impacted our stay, but they gave the impression that the property had not been thoroughly checked or cleaned between guests.One other item that prospective guests should be aware of is the steep and somewhat challenging staircase leading up to the property. While it was manageable for us, it may be difficult for older guests or anyone with mobility concerns. It would be helpful if the listing included more information and photos of the stairs so guests can better assess whether the property is a good fit for their needs.With a little more attention to detail from the cleaning team and greater transparency regarding the stairs, this would be an excellent rental experience."
