“An absolutely lovely property and fantastic location!We arrived slightly early, but Luca and his wife showed us around and were happy for us to leave the bags there whilst we went to the supermarket. They couldn't have been more helpful with directions to supermarkets and local restaurants througout our stay when needed.They were always quick to respond and help with any of our questions (with brilliant English!).The villa was amazingly clean and very comfortable for the family with excellent……

“Our family of 17 stayed at a villa near Montespertoli. In fact the villa also was a winery and olive oil producer. Nicola was the host as well as the owner. He was available for everyone of our guest. Requests from laundry to suggestions for restaurants, to taxi services to Florence...Nicola was always available to take care of us. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue and host.”

“Amazing Property! The house was impeccably clean, with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Our gracious host Nicola spoiled us with his generosity. He went beyond our expectations to ensure that our stay was perfect. He and his wife welcomed us with a delicious homemade apple cake. He drove us to the nearby town of Montespertoli to pick-up groceries and provisions. He recommended a local chef to cook for us at the villa. The meal was amazing and memorable. We will be back!”

“Lovely, clean, spacious property with private terrace and parking. Large shared swimming pool in lawned garden with plentiful sun loungers and parasols. Within easy driving distance of San Gimignano, Siena and Firenze. Excellent restaurants in village within walkable distance. Hillside views with distant view of San Gimignano.Kind and helpful owners (helpful to know some Italian).”

“Our stay in Florence at this villa was absolutely delightful. Chiara was incredibly welcoming, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location just above the city offers the perfect balance of tranquility, beauty, and comfort. The house is immaculately maintained with sophisticated design touches and very clean. “Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in einem tollen Haus und mit einem sehr aufmerksamen Gastgeber, danke Riccardo! Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur (Home Villas) war unterirdisch!!! Auf keine Email kam eine Reaktion, außer dass man sich melden würde. Wir wollten vorab einige Dinge abklären (Anzahl der Personen hatte sich reduziert, wäre früherer Check In möglich, etc.), selbst das vorzeitige Anmelden aller Personen mit Ausweisen wurde nicht an den Vermieter weitergeleitet!! Vor Ort gab es……
