"Tuve que lavar los cojines porque olían a mugre pero los verdes aún así seguían oliendo mal los beige no , hacía demasiado calor y nos dijeron que no prenden el aire y como eran las 4 la de la limpieza ya se había ido ya no podíamos tener un ventilador que fuéramos al parque jaja "

"Appalling behaviour by the host. By the check-in time of 4pm, we had still not received any instructions to get in. We called and called and finally the host told us someone was on their way with the keys. We were finally let into the property and 10 minutes later the host calls us to say there's been a double booking and proceeds to remove us from the property! We then had to find alternative accommodation at 7pm and pay high hotel fees. We asked for a refund the same day and 3 weeks later we...
