“Bella struttura, in mezzo al verde e con una bellissima vista sul mare. Un villaggio adatto alle famiglie e anche agli animali, qui accolti volentieri. Al check out ci hanno anche rilasciato una borsetta con gadgets per il nostro cane. Ha una bella piscina e campi sportivi per chi vuole giocare a basket e a tennis e un tavolo da ping pong. Noi siamo stati 3 giorni e la posizione del villaggio è buona per andare andare a visitare i posti nei dintorni. Il mare purtroppo si raggiunge solo in……

“Die Lage der Wohnung für Ausflüge in die schöne Umgebung ist sehr gut. Aber man muss auch immer fahren, da im Haus oder im Dorf nicht viel zu erleben ist. Die Ausstattung war okay und zweckmäßig, die Vermieterin jederzeit per Mail ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Für 2 Personen ist genug Platz, zum kochen ist es allerdings nicht gut geeignet, da es keine vernünftige Lüftung in der Küche gibt. Alle Fenster sind super mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet! Meistens hatten wir Licht an, da das vordere große……

“Abgesehen, von der Hitze (es gab keine Klimaanlage), war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön. Mit dem Auto lässt sich die Insel wunderbar erkunden und man findet sehr schöne Badebuchten. Der Pool war eine super Erfrischung und super für die Kinder.”

“Villa Rosetta ist von der Lage her phantastisch und hat den Charme einer 110-jährigen toskanischen Villa, die sicher viel Geschichte erlebt hat. Die Atmospäre in einem historischen Haus ist sicher anders als in einer modernen Ferienwohnung, aber von der Ausstattung her in einem guten Standard, das Bad ist renoviert und auf einem guten Standard mit moderner Dusche, schönem Waschbecken und Bidet. Als langjähriger Ferienwohnungsnutzer noch einige kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: für deutsche Nutzer……

“Per le meritate ed attesissime vacanze la dimora giusta per rilassarsi. A due passi dalla spiaggia. La dimora è arredata con tantissimo gusto e corredata da ogni suppellettile, ci si ha la vera impressione di essere a casa. A pochi chilometri dall' Argentario e le due isole antistanti "Giglio e Giannutri ". Io sono appassionato di subaquea e mi sono trovato benissimo. Il giardino ampio e ben attrezzato. “Extremely clean and well maintained villa in a quaint hillside village. Anna Maria was very easy to communicate with and went out of her way to make sure our family had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and carefree. The villa was within easy access to several other towns and villages where we enjoyed the beaches and exploring. Would highly recommend”

“Casa da 5 stelle appena ristrutturata di sicuro, ora davvero un po’ trascurata, la posizione e vista sono comunque fantastiche. Posto molto tranquillo per una famiglia. Purtroppo accessori (cucina etc) ed arredamento sono decisamente datati e non controllati da tempo. Proprietario Paolo molto disponibile. Spiagge raggiungibili a piedi belle ma con un tratto di strada pericoloso soprattutto per bambini”

“We loved the place and were happy with the alternative apartment upstairs, named Livia. Apparently the owner has issues with the booking programming but it all turned out fortunate.”

“Proprietari disponibili e non invadenti Ma la abitazione ha bisogno di manutenzione e di essere un po’ rifornita. Inoltre le informazione della descrizione non corrispondono. Non sono disponibili asciugamani e lenzuola ( ci hanno avvertiti 2gg prima dell’arrivo ed eravamo in un’altra località di vacanza ma fortunatamente hanno provveduto a farcele trovare) e primo inconveniente risolto. Arriviamo e l’aria condizionata non funziona e questo è stato un bel problema visto il caldo e il rumore……

“Wir, Familie mit drei Kindern und Hund, haben eine wundervolle entspannte Zeit in dem Haus von Carmela und Pier verbracht. Sie haben uns sehr zuvorkommend begrüßt. Das Haus ist ideal für eine Familie und entspricht genau den Fotos. Wir werden bei einem nächsten Italienaufenthalt gerne wieder hierher zurück kommen.”

“This property is unbelievably lovely. The views are stunning! Antonella and Luccia, the owners, live below and couldn’t be more helpful and kind if they tried. The space is more than comfortable. There were 6 of us in our party and we had more than enough room. There is a beach right below the property with an interesting pathway down. It’s not for small kids or infirm adults. This pathway also leads into town. The town is small but has everything you need. There are some great seafood……
