“Amazing stay. The building was new. The apartment was very clean. All appliances were new. Communication was great with the host. Front desk was available for me 24/7 and they were very nice. Finding ubers was easy. The area made me feel safe. Check in was simple. ”

“I would like to say that as a super host it’s very important to respond in a timely manner which this host lacks. It was hard to see the name of the place since there are palm trees covering the name of the tower. Then the apartment needs fixing as it has water damage on the ceilings. It’s important to keep a place presentable and safe. I honestly did not like this apartment is not geared towards the needs of guests. Communication is very important especially when traveling to another country.”

“Well maintained property with almost everyting at a walking distance. Checking method and communication on the weekend could be better, but overall I would highly recommend Residancial plaza colonial to anybody who wants to enjoy the vibes of the city.”
