“I have been organizing guys poker club trips to the Carribean the weekend before the Super Bowl for 4 years running. Villa Del Mar stands tall as the best and here's why. First the beach and water are AMAZING and steps from the backyard. The property has plenty of shaded areas in the outdoor spaces. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with mostly all ensuite bathrooms. The private pool is huge with a swim up bar and this place actually has a heated jacuzzi tub, which can be hard to find.……

“The house was great, clean and a quick walk to Playa Coson. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and family friendly. The only downside of the location is that it is a bit far from the restaurants/bars and the Playa Bonita boardwalk (You can get there by taxi, but not walking).”

“Pros:The property is beautiful.The location is close to the beach, freeway, stores, and restaurants.The caretakers were very nice and tried to take care of us to the best of their ability.Con’s:The living situation needs to be improved. There were times there was no hot water or electricity. For a place that big, they needed a generator or a better system to power the homes. Almost all rooms upstairs had little to no water pressure at certain times of the day. There was no gym in the premise.……
