"A pousada entrega o que se propõe. É um lugar simples limpo e organizado. Fomos recebidos e atendidos com carinho e simpatia. A vista dos chalés é muito bonita, a privacidade é boa e o som da natureza completa um ambiente propício para quem procura um lugar para relaxar. O café da manhã é bom, e servido na varanda do chalé no horário escolhido, para poder acordar, abrir a porta, curtir a paisagem, sentar e tomar um café gostoso admirando a natureza. "Staff makes you feel really welcome (thanks João and Douglas, among others). Great to have free parking so close to Capivary Center! Breakfast is very good and varied even if not exactly mindblowing. Acoustic isolation is not great and you can hear other guests and housecleaning often. Room is good although not luxurious. No power outlets near beds (there's only one used for the lamp) is a major inconvenience."

"The hotel is close to Capivari and the staff is friendly. However the first room I was given was terrible! The safe did not work, it was noisy, dark, the shower leaked, the floor was in very bad condition and dusty in general. Fortunately, after complaining several times, I was able to change my room for a room with a view on the third floor, paying the difference of course! If you want to stay in this hotel pay for rooms with balcony or on the third level otherwise it is best yo avoid it."

"The room was ckean, the bed was firm and very comfortable. Wifi was decent. Breakfast was nice, but lacked gluten-free options. The floor in our room was heated, which was a big plus as it was winter. "
