The room was huge, clean and comfortable - with separate hall area to separate the bedroom from the bathroom. The decor is classic and grand, and the hotel is very well-maintained. The staff were helpful and polite. There were a good range of choices at breakfast.

The pullout couch sheets were not clean. it took forever to get a brown to clean the room. we were rationed toilette paper, i bought my own and were advised that we would have one set pf towels for a week stay.
