Of neoclassical style, with evident Art Nouveau alterations of the early twentieth century, in 1990 it was declared "of particularly important historical-artistic interest" by the Superintendence for Cultural Heritage of Salerno and Avellino and, therefore, subject to constraint pursuant to Law 1089/39, both for the structure, with essential and elegant lines, and for the refined interior settings, as well as for some precious and ancient furnishings, still present there.
