「Someone in a staff spa uniform tried to enter my room at 10pm. When I chased him to the front desk, they did not apologize and only replied with an angry face, "it was a mistake". Very suspicious and unsafe and not acceptable. To date, I have not heard back from management which would indicate that they do not care. Also, my slider to the pool on pool level was unlocked when we finally got our room at 4:15pm instead of the 3pm check in time. Very disappointed in the hotel and staff. The...

「Apartment was well equipped, even with a washer dryer and coffee machine. Relaxed setting in Centrale square with courtesy bus to the marina and beach. Free parking outside on site. Convenient supermarket, bars and restaurants on site. The only surprise was the bedroom was only a foot bigger than the king size bed itself behind a sliding door to the living area.」

「Great view, great value for money. Occasional smell from bathroom and people in the above apartment made a lot of noise (I’m sure this may not always be the case). Other than that everything was perfect! Nice room, responsive host.」

「This unit is spacious, modern and well located within walking distance of the Old Town, a mall and the promenade. Although it is located right off a very busy road (Kotor’s main thoroughfare), the bedroom windows have external shutters that greatly reduce the noise at night. We had no trouble sleeping. The hostess was very quick to respond and offered good suggestions for a day away nearby. There’s a flight of stairs to reach the unit, which is reached through a narrow outdoor hallway facing a...

「Staff was responsive and friendly. I've whatsapp them to ask some questions and they were very helpful. The room is spacious and clean in general. Only two tiny issues, 1. the bedsheet has a stain. 2. the bathroom has quite a lot of mould. I love that there are lots of chairs, sofa and tables in the room and bathroom. Besides, the apartment also provides umbrellas. It rained during my stay and I didn't bring my own umbrella. The umbrella was useful. I'm really grateful that the staff makes...

「Beautiful apartment spotlessly clean even included washing machine. Close to everything including supermarkets and excellent restaurant Babalou outside. Highly recommend this place you will love it」

「We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Luštica Bay! The apartment was in excellent condition—spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and tastefully decorated. It was incredibly spacious, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. One of the biggest bonuses was having access to the pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breathtaking views were unforgettable, and we loved spending time taking in the scenery. A special thank you to Andrej, who gave us such a warm...

「Don't even think about booking this accommodation the rooms look like immigration camp」

「Excelente localização! Apartamento lindamente decorado e em perfeito estado. Limpo, com tudo funcionando,uito.espaçoso. A comunicação foi ótima. Passamos dias muito agradáveis em Kotor!」

「The contact via WhatsApp was efficient and helpful in making sure you made it into town. The unit was quaint and convenient, right inside the old town walls.」

「Zeer mooi appartement op de promenade 20 m van het strand .. zalig balkon àlles aanwezig in het appartement! Prijs kwaliteit prima!」

「This was easily one of the best stays I’ve had anywhere. The apartment was immaculate, and the views over the Bay of Kotor from the living room were absolutely extraordinary. It was the kind of place I genuinely didn’t want to leave. What really made the stay exceptional, though, was the host. His commitment to making sure I had a great experience went far beyond what I expected. He was incredibly helpful, welcoming and genuinely interested in making my time in Montenegro memorable. As a...

「The apartment is as listed, the hosts were friendly and helpful. Lovely big rooms, facilities were good, Not many kitchen aids, no microwave, and limited pits, pans etc. We spent a lovely 5 day here and explored the area」

「Aparrment was clean, staff was very help, it was nice to have a coffee maker and great location, we will definitely stay there again.」

「We stayed at ALPESA for a week with 2 preteen kiddos. The condo was excellent with two bedrooms and two beautiful bathrooms. Huge living space and two terraces. Communication was beyond excellent! Everything we needed or had a question, the host provided answers within seconds. The pillows were the best I have ever slept on! That’s a huge bonus! The beach is about a 10-15 min walk. Longer if you have kids. We had a car and parking was included in our stay. Supermarkets, bakeries,...

「As far as being centrally located, this is about as good as it gets」
