「Great location. Unfortunately the experience at the reception was negative. First they disputed that I had already paid through Expedia and secondly they argued (even though the Amex logo is on their website and payment device that they accept Amex). Both things were apparently not true / the stay was paid for thru Expedia with Amex. The worst part was that they didn’t answered any of my email or Expedia messages. They went dark. I had to dispute the charge through my bank. Bummer as the rest...
