Not a four star experience

The grounds of the hotel are very nice, good size pools, but the buildings, rooms, restaurant is in very poor condition, lights are not working on the paths, no shades on the pool areas, the dirty windows and walls in the dinning room. Our room, bedside light not working, no toilet seat, we asked them to replace it twice, no chance Our meal times were a nightmare, eating the first course, when the second arrives at the table within minutes, the pasta awful, no fruit in morning, if you can wait until 9.30, in the evening, there might be some melon or a peach. Some one asked for green tea, they were handed a nasty nameless tea bag.

Hotel charmant très bien situé. Personnel aimable.

Très bel hotel et très bein situé. Seul bémol, lors de la réservation nous n'avons pas été informé que l'hotel était fermé (hors-saison) et heureusement il y avait du personnel de service (entrain de faire des travaux avant lancement de la saison à partir de mi-Juin). Nous avons donc été reçu en formule B&B (Bed & Breakfast). Donc pas pu profiter de la piscine. Autrement le personnel était aimable et nous avons été content du service rendu.

Struttura di grande potenzialitá ma con servizio non da 4 stelle. Personale reception in gamba cordiale e disponibile. Pessimo il servizio ristorazione con portate inadeguate e qualitá da ospedale (in)civile...assolutamente da 0 stelle.Camere sotto il ristorante rumorossime in quanto i camerieri,incuranti di chi dormiva sotto,inziavano alle 6.30 con spostamenti di tavoli e sedie e rumori assurdi.Peccato per il pessimo ristorante perchè è un ottima struttura con punti di forza quali piscine animazione lido spiaggia personale bar cordiale. Basterebbe poco. Non so se ritornerò.

da evitare

Esperienza disastrosa. Struttura lasciata andare da anni senza manutenzioni e con scarsa pulizia. Abbiamo atteso ore per avere le stanze (alle 20,00!) e ci hanno piazzati in loculi maleodoranti. In seguito alle nostre proteste abbiamo avuto stanze "migliori" ma maltenute e poco pulite. Dopo le 17 solo acqua fredda. Colazione da caserma con buffet dozzinale su tavolacci sporchi in uno stanzone deprimente e chiassoso. Stanze spesso non rifatte e personale indisponente in caso di richieste d'aiuto. Potrei continuare l'elenco dei disservizi a lungo; aggiungo solo che ce ne siamo scappati un paio di giorni prima pur avendo già pagato il soggiorno. Incredibile e inaccettabile un'esperienza del genere nel 2013 in Italia. Pollice verso, statene assolutamente alla larga. Meglio se hotels.com eviti di proporlo.

Esperienza completamente negativa.le camere sono completamente da rifare, fatiscenti e sporche. Non risponde a cio' che viene proposto e pubblicizzato (telefono a disco non funzionante, non c'e televisore a schermo piatto. Il vater perdeva acqua male odorante.La colazione di pessima qualita.

Come si danno 4 stelle a certe strutture? Camere di caserma, frigobar vuoto , completamente vuoto, colazione da dimenticare e personale impreparato. Io non lo consiglierei a nessuno !

Niente di eccezionale

Da un albergo catalogato come un 4 stelle ci si aspetterebbe molto di più. La struttura è molto bella, così come il mare della zona, ma l'organizzazione del villaggio è pessima, in particolare quella del ristorante.

le 4 stelle non si capisce da dove escano Struttura vecchia e antiquata senza manutenzione le camere più vecchie fuori dal corpo centrale sono in pessime condizioni il bagno senza finestra e senza ventola di aspirazione doccia minuscola scarsa pulizia cucina da mensa scolastica il tutto sembra per il massimo risparmio confronto al prezzo pagato non è assolutamente conveniente Unico punto positivo il mare stupendo e bravi animatori. L'acqua minerale nelle camere non è gratuita ma si paga così come i quotidiani

Terrific Hotel

Originally, we wanted a hotel in Soverato. I am so glad we stayed at Villaggio Calaghena. The room was spacious and clean, the food soooo good, and the trips to the beach wonderful. There were all kinds of activities throughout the day at the beach, and you could return to the hotel to enjoy 2 pools, an athletic field, nighttime entertainment. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel - a wonderful experience.
