This is a fun boutique hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. The rooftop restaurant/bar (with heaters) is great for a wonderful drink and a view of Monterey Bay!

Hidden Gem

Amazing customer service. Perfect location to walk down town. Roof top bar was so cute and drinks did not disappoint. Breakfast the next morning on site was delicious. Definitely glad we found this hidden gem.

Tony is an amazing host. The owner is the kindest man. If you love botique with a little quirk and a phenomenal inclusive breakfast this is the place for you. Best to park on the street however if you have a small vehicle its 15 a night .

Monterey's Hidden Gem

We love Hotel 1110! We have been staying here since it was opened. It is an adult only boutique hotel that has a wonderful rooftop restaurant and bar. Staying at this hotel always includes a delicious breakfast. Nick, his sister Nashua, and his son Tony have always made us feel like family. We used to live in the Bay Area, but we now live in Utah and every trip to California has to include a trip to Monterey and a stay at "our" hotel! Thank you again Nick and Tony for our wonderful stay and visit!

Love this place!

This is our third stay at the hotel and it was fantastic. The hotel is is just the right amount of quirky, and the father/son owners went over and above with their friendly hospitality. The only suggestions would be to provide an end table next to the bed for any water, etc. And, then there was the breakfast! A sit down real breakfast with options all included in the room rate. Delicious! The location is great, right across from the beach and a 10 minute walk to downtown.

Great location in a cozy room with friendly staff

Once we settled in, we really enjoyed our room. It was definitely cozy... a little cramped. The bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean. Staff were very helpful, friendly. The breakfast is very nice, with good food, coffee and a waiter! The rooftop lounge, open at night, was fun, and they had good drinks and food. 5 minute walk to ocean, 15-20 minute walk to Old Fisherman's Wharf and Alvarado Street. Being able to walk is a plus, b/c there is a lot of traffic, and parking near the attractions is scarce or expensive. Really enjoyed the magic comedy show at the Stanton Center. Parking on site is a challenge. Not recommended with a large vehicle. The street the hotel is on is very busy.

Awful service. No fridges. No AC. No space the room was about 10ft by 10ft. The walls were very dirty and scratched paint everywhere. Room looked like people had just been there. Bathroom was also unclean the mirrors weren’t cleaned.
