“I had booked the stay for my family. This lady was highly abusive and behaved violent. She never gave any check in instructions and gave us the property only by 6pm . When we requested for a early time she abused us in Spanish and was rude. Today I messaged her in the morning at 8:30 am to allow us a little late checkout.
