“CLEAN. Shower pressure is GREAT. We made breakfast before we left. Everything we needed to cook breakfast. Only issue I had- as states it’s a condo and there are laundry facilities. I assumed it was a condo based on title and condos typically have their own W/D. There is a W/d but it’s coin laundry so be prepared. We planned to wash clothes at this point in our 9 day SW trip so was surprised. Easily solved - ran down to the laundromat and got change! Otherwise place was great, spacious and……

“We spent six nights in this marvelous cottage as our base during a recent visit to Utah. The bed we slept on after a long day of hiking was super comfortable and the heated tile floors after a morning shower were wonderful. The beautiful quilt on the bed was much admired and appreciated! We mostly did our own cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed including a cupboard of spices. The cottage is close to Mule Canyon, Bears Ears and National Bridges Monument, communication with our host……

“Was just perfect for what we needed, although the bbqer wasn’t working well. Tried to cook some steaks and brats and one side never lit and the other never got hot enough. Had to end up cooking inside. Enjoyed the kitty, however my grandson was allergic.”

“The unit was clean, large, and well appointed. We were able to cook, relax in the comfy chairs and sleep well after our days spent in Moab. Communication with the owner was easy and we had no issues at all during our stay. Thanks for the added Easter decorations.”

“Clean beyond expectation! We spent 4 nights here and did day trips from Blanding. The space was “ tiny”…but had a king bed that was wonderful. We ate breakfast and a couple dinner salads on the private patio. Julie left several k-cups for the Keurig, and even a couple energy bars! An oasis to enjoy. Somehow my reservation with door code ended up in email label “other”….in a panic I contacted owners, and they reached out within 10 minutes! Communication was best ever. The owners were very……

“Very nice place and great host”

“This was a great spot to stay for a small group of 8 folks traveling to hike Bears Ears and Canyonlands. Lots of room to spread out. A couple of suggestions: 1 towel hooks needed in bathroom 2 replace mattress in lower floor queen - it's rough and nearly touching the floor when occupied 3 keep office space upstairs open - we needed it for another separate sleeping area and the whole space was being used for custodial (not what we saw in images) 4 directions on the individual heating units - we……

“Small little house located off the beaten path. My wife and I stayed there for one night. It is as the description says. An older home. Very rustic. The host is very nice and helpful. Really only sleeps 2 comfortably.”

“One of the nicest places we've stayed at. Very comfortable and clean. There were more TVs than you can shake a stick at, and the kitchen was fantastic! Host was very responsive and considerate. There is a 50 amp NEMA 14-50 outlet, but you'll need to bring your own EV charger to plug in. ”

“One of the cleanest motel I have ever stayed, can smell bleach from every towel. Although there is not much choice for food on that small town, a subway 3 min walk away is good enough for the trip.”
