“This hotel is unique and amazing. We stayed there with our two kids and l do not usually leave reviews about hotels but l had to do so with this one. This hotel was a big reason of what made our trip enjoyable and very special. We stayed there for two nights to be close to Jay peak resort, it is very close to the hotel 6 or 7 miles away. The hotel is a beauty in itself with its antique ambience and the beautiful and unique decor. The rooms are very clean and the staff very nice and friendly.……

“We had an amazing experience starting with the setting and lodging. The cozy cabin on the peninsula point on Lake Eden is lovely and the views and the cabin were wonderful. We had a stellar view of the eclipse. The lake was still frozen with fresh snow on top which added to the magical experience. Jim is a great host and quick answer to questions. “My wife and I enjoyed a 2 bedroom cabin overlooking the lake. It exceeded our expectations. Great hiking nearby including a waterfall and covered bridge. Five minutes to town with multiple dining options. Nice people and very quiet environment. We hope to return. Only negative was a small TV far from the seats and limited programming. Also, be aware that a separate cleaning fee and service fee are added to the final bill.”

“Perfect little hideaway to ride out a record-dumping spring snowstorm. Location halfway between Stowe and Jay Peak, easy access, amenities nearby. Lovely setting, quiet. Eric was a congenial and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again.”
