"It was safe"

"Comfortable beds. Bathrooms clean. Front desk staff is not welcoming however. It usually doesn’t matter to me, but both check in and check out was just rude. A basic “thank you” would have gone a long way to help offset it. But it felt like us staying there was a hassle to them. Otherwise, great location, and if you need a cheap no frills place by the lake, this isn’t a bad option."

"We stayed here for a dance competition weekend and it was amazing! The staff was very nice and we were able to find something to eat all day long, and door dash had no issues finding us. The room was beautiful and spacious, very clean and soo fresh for after being in the sun all day. We did not get to enjoy the pools but the looked beautifull! Land shark had amazing lunch and license to chill had amazing breakfast!!!! We hope to go back soon."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable and well appointed condo. The host was extremely responsive, helpful, and super sweet. The condo has everything you need and even a few things you didn’t think you may need! The beds were comfy and the couch was amazing. It’s located in a beautiful and private area and is close to all nearby restaurants, lake and activities. I highly recommend this condo! "

"Had a wonderful stay. We were there for my daughters wedding at a nearby venue. The house was perfect for our group and Kelly was an amazing host. I would definitely reccomend staying here if you are doing an event at the Lodge at Mound Creek. Itbis only a couple of minutes away. This would be a perfect place for a family get away with kids. Kelly is an amazing host who responded quickly to all my questions and checked in withb me to make sure we had everything we needed. 5 stars is not enough to give this place and host. "

"We had no place to hang our clothes because all closets were filled with the owners belongings. Toiletries for guests, hooks for hanging and available closet space would be very helpful for guests.We have 2 short term rentals ourselves and realize the challenges of opening your home to strangers, but we try to put ourselves in their place and provide them with a pleasant experience in hopes they will return or tell their friends about our places. "
