「Dogs barking! All night and in the morning. It was awful. Why don’t they tell the pet owners to take care of their animals or put them in a different part of the hotel. The staff was somewhat friendly. Didn’t care much about the barking dogs. I asked to buy something and the front desk said they had to wait for the manager? Why offer to sell item? A little frustrating.」

「We stayed here while on vacation. One night I was looking for some milk. I didn’t see any in the little shop. I asked the front clerk and she brought some out from the kitchen. Free of charge. That was so kind of her. Overall, our experience here was wonderful. Great location. Clean. Friendly staff. Huge, beautiful pool. The room service food was delicious. Right next to the parking lot is a beautiful view of the Colorado river running through Arches. We will definitely be staying here again.」
