Brian is an outstanding host — incredibly communicative, helpful, and always making sure everything is perfect. From booking to checkout, he made everything seamless and stress-free.The house is ideal for families and groups. There were tons of games and sleds for the kids, which kept them entertained for hours. The movie selection and TVs in multiple rooms made cozy nights in so easy and fun. The beds and rooms are extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and recharge after full days of activities.The hot tub was a huge highlight — soaking in it while taking in the winter views was absolutely magical and truly unforgettable.This was our third year staying here, and we already can’t wait to come back. We love this place more every time and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway with family and friends!"

"The house was very clean and welcoming. It was perfect for our large group of three families. We enjoyed a nice winter getaway, with ice fishing, a sleigh ride and tubing at a local ski resort. The host, Bob, was very helpful with info about the area and answered any questions we had. He sent a email with so much useful information ahead of time. I really appreciated that extra touch as it helped us to plan our activities. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. "
