Bathroom was in bad condition, black mold here and there. Bed and linen was very good. Staff is very helpful and nice and they speak English. They were able to change our room so that it faces parking lot. Parking is included and next to the hotel. Recommended for one night stay.

Ok. Clean and neat, but not 24/7

"You (usually) get what you pay for". Like these B&B Hotels. Not a 24/7, but affordable, clean, convinient and free parking. Dindt get the wifi to work, but i have more than enough on my phone. Had breakfast, not worth 10 Euros.

No elevator, doors making noise all time, code often does not work and lock you outside, some troublesome people living here and purposely making noise with doors every a few minutes, property has very bad attitudes and never responded to messages.

Points positifs : Bon hôtel. La chambre était propre et correcte. Le personnel agréable. Changement des serviettes tous les jours. Distributeur dans l'entrée. Calme. Points négatifs : • pas assez de couvertures pour dormir, j'ai eu froid dans le lit. • VMC assez bruyante. • pas de volets, simplement un rideau occultant. • espaces de passage autour du lit très étroits (faut pas être en surpoids). • malgré les interdictions de fumer bien notées partout dans l'hôtel, odeur de cigarettes présente dans ma chambre tout au long de la soirée via les conduits d’aération j'imagine.

HONTEUX - ARNAQUES Pas de SAV ni de réponse hôtel

Malheureusement je me suis trompé dans ma date de réservation, j’ai tenté de joindre votre service client « HÔTELS.COM » mais également l’accueil de l’hôtel (numéro payant à 0,35€ la minute), mais sans aucune réponse … j’ai aussi envoyé des messages à l’hôtel sans réponse. Je vis à 800 km, me réservation était pour dans 30 jours. C’est honteux de m’avoir débité et ne pas avoir eu la possibilité d’annuler, ni de déplacer la date de mon séjours. Il s’agit là d’une escroquerie. Je vais déposer plainte et contacter une association de consommateurs.

Parfait pour mon arrêt de dernière minute. J’ai réservé à 22h, j’ai fait mon Check in à minuit. Je n’avais pas le numéro de réservation mais un appel téléphonique à tout réglé afin de faire le Check in à distance via leur borne.

Bei Vorauszahlungen bei B&B Hotels vorsichtig sein

Sollte doppelt bezahlen, da angeblich die Rechnung (obwohl per Kontoauszug nachweislich vor 2 Monaten bezahlt war) offen sei. Ich bekam tatsächlich keinen Zugang zum Zimmer. Per Chat mit Hotels.com wurde mir super geholfen. Ich habe zunächst nochmals direkt im Hotel bezahlt und bekam aber von Hotels.com die bereits entrichtete Summe sofort erstattet. Vielen Dank an die schnelle und ganz freundliche Hilfe des Hotels.com Teams.
