The "Les Lauriers Roses" property is a 3-room house spanning 80 square meters over two levels, offering practical and cozy furnishings.

The kitchen is well-appointed with a dining table, wood-burning stove, one hot plate, an oven, dishwasher, three gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
On the upper floor, you'll find an open room with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and a shower/WC.
