This gîte adjoining the owners' house(with uncluttered view), upstairs (above another gîte), enjoys and independent entrance and a private space with garden table & chairs, BBQ. Possible access to the large grounds at the back, children's games, swing. Upstairs : Living-rm (bed-settee 2 persons) with kitchenette, 1 bdrm (1 dble bd), 1 bdrm (2 single bds),shower rm, WC. Exterior laundry rm with shared washing mach;, tumble dryer and freezers. Electric heating. Gas 2-burners, 2 electr, gas oven, fridge, micro-w. TV. Bd sheets supplied, cleaning service. Discount 15% if your rent both gîtes. In the quietness, Elise and Jérôme welcome you all year round to their both gîtes, situated quite at the end of a hamlet. If you wish, they will let you discover their passion : their St-Bernard dogs breeding, and, why not, will take your picture with one of these formidable residents. For lovers of hiking, (on foot, on horseback, on mountain bike), Montredon Labessonnié offers almost 125 km of marked paths , enabling you to discover places rich in history( Notre Dame de Ruffis, observatory) and agro-pastoralism activities. Also worth discovering nearby, the lake of Bézan (preserved natural setting, coolness sin summer …), the Arifat cascades where water displays all its strength and splendour.
