“Great location. Pet friendly. Clean. Everything you would need for a 5 day stay where we were eating in Ouray. We’ve stayed at about 8 VRBO’s around the country and the communication from the host/manager was the best ever. Timely and complete info. Wouldn’t hesitate to try and book this if available on a future trip to Ouray.”

“Great location with amazing views of the Mesa Reservoir! The cabin had everything we needed to cook, so we didn’t have to go out for meals which was nice since there aren’t any restaurants nearby. The only downside was communication; we didn’t get much response to a couple of questions during our stay. Thankfully, everything worked out fine, but if there had been an issue, it might’ve been pain to handle.”

“Sagewood is just as pictured - compact but very comfortable. It is peaceful, quiet and private. The well stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom is well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, eating on the patio while looking at the stars and surrounding views. Having access to a laundry facility is a plus and a trip to the Spa (in Bluebird cabin) is a must after long drives or strenuous hiking. Jennica gives a great……

“The house was great, but very hard to find on a dark and rainy night via a gravel road about 15 - 20 minutes outside of town. Because we had so many activities crammed into our two days in Moab, we were at the house only to sleep. Next time we'll plan better so we can just relax and be able to enjoy the lovely property. ”

“We arrived to a home full of mice feces. It was on the beds, in the kitchen cabinets/drawers and all over the livingroom furniture. It was everywhere. Owner wanyed to send housekeeper to "clean" it up. Of course we didn’t stay. Infact didn't even unload our luggage. This completely ruined our Christmas vacation because we had no where to stay for the next 2 weeks. Horrible just horrible all the way around. ”
