Our studio at the LES ALPAGES residence is located at the Petit Saint Bernard pass, at 1850m above sea level, on the Italian border. The La Rosière ski area: the '' SAN BERNARDO '' is connected to the Italian station of LA THUILE. From the south-facing balcony, breathtaking view of the summit of 'Aiguille Rouge', the Isére valley, Les Arcs, Tignes, Bourg St Maurice. The ski school and the nursery for children 'LES GALOPINS' are 2 steps away. A free shuttle bus which stops in front of the residence, will allow you to circulate throughout the resort throughout the day.

GARAGE: possibility of renting an individual garage closed by a tilting door. Contact the owner. Reasonable price of 40 € / week. Dimensions of this garage: L: 4.90m, width: 3.05m and height 1.84m.

Magnificent landscapes and intoxicating altitude: welcome to the most beautiful French peaks. From the top of the ski lifts and Fort de La Traversette (2300M) you can admire the MONT BLANC, the Col and the HOSPICE from Petit ST BERNARD on the Italian border.

Authentic villages, discovery of the heritage, preserved nature: the mountain reveals its treasures to you under the summer or winter sun: come and breathe this air of freedom!

Appartement fonctionnel mais un peu vetuste (salle de bain et électricité du salon ) et un petit four serait le bienvenu pour les tartiflettes, croziflette ! La mise a disposition de couettes pour pes 3 lits est tres appréciée. La résidence est propre mais l'insonorisation n'est pas extraordinaire et comme malheureusement tout le monde ne fait pas preuve de savoir vivre... Emplacement en plein centre ville avec vue époustouflante. Pour rejoindre les pistes 200 metres environ en montee légère, tout a fait faisable a pieds mais pour ceux qui le souhaitent la navette passe devant c'est tres pratique. Au retour des pistes chemin plus court qui se fait facilment a pieds. Tres bonne réactivité du propriétaire qui est sympathique.

Super séjour

Le studio est idéalement situé a moins de 10 min des remontées ( avec deux enfants 4 et 8 ans et chaussures de ski) il est dans la rue principal de la station avec tout le nécessaire à portée de main. Le balcon et la vue sont un grand plus. Il est très fonctionnel et suffit amplement pour une famille avec 2 enfants… nous avons adoré notre séjour et la propriétaire était super gentille et très accessible.
