“Excellent stay, the best we had in Sri Lanka! Beautiful, modern, and well thought out villa, with tons of space. Wonderfully modern bathroom on top. Great view over the tea plantations. Staff are so friendly, brought us dinner from a restaurant and then a delicious breakfast. Would highly recommend!”

“Stayed here for one night after climbing Adam’s Peak and it was perfect for the rest and sleep that was needed. The property was clean, including the room which had a big, comfy bed and hot water. No ac needed as it got chilly in the evening, there was a warm duvet. Staff were extremely nice and friendly, making sure we were well attended do. Food was excellent - we asked to meet with the chef so we could thank him personally as it was that good. All food was cooked fresh. We left early the next……

“The hotel was modern, clean, room spacious and decorated very nicely. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel very central and can walk to main sights. Only issue we had was being locked in at night - glass front doors tied together with a bike chain lock! Although security were outside, I feel this was a concern if there was a fire and felt uncomfortable with this. Otherwise would recommend”

“-The rooms were spotless. -The host was extremely accomodating, he helped organise our laundry even though we were staying for only one night. -Room was modern and had all necessary amenities.”

“It was a bit far from the downtown area. But not an issue for us because we have a driver. They have driver's room, but not at the same place. It was one of the best stay for us in the 2 weeks trip. Highly recommend it. The only downside is the hotel is a bit hard to locate. Its up on the hill with a very narrow street. It was quite a challenge when we had a mini van to drive up the alley. ”

“I booked this cottage due to its high rating in Expedia. However, my experience was not as good as other same price range hotels I stayed in Sri Lanka. There was about 20 flies welcoming us that took hours to get rid of them. The facility it self is not bad but needs more effort in maintaining the facility and welcoming the guest. The breakfast was the same for two days and there was no excitement. Taste was not good as well. Since the cottage is maintaining the high rate, management might……
