「No t.v. Working. We asked 2 days in a row and it was never fixed. The bathroom fan didn’t work, bathroom door was broken and put together with pan head screws, shower curtain didn’t fit the tub. Light in bathroom was blinking all the time. You could hear people from inside the bathroom. Someone smoking dope in room next to us. Fireplace didn’t work. They were under construction and we couldn’t use the balcony. It would have been nice to know this before we stayed. They never replaced our towels...

「Outstanding! Resort was beautiful with lots of amenities. It’s like they thought of everything! Staff were very helpful and friendly! The gym was nice with plenty of equipment. The rooftop pool was so nice with great views and lounge chairs. Good food and drinks at the Apres Pendry restaurant. The boutique in the lobby was cute.
