“This is the most terrible place to stay. No deep clean undertaken in ann extremely long time. Only surface clean. Cottage smelt of old fat and cooking. The bbq was unusable it was that disgusting. There was cat pee still smelling near the bed. The only good thing was the linen was clean. The owner has no care and no interest in coming to the party to provide a refund. Never stay here ever. ”

“On arrival house was dirty,beds not made, bins over flowing with rubbish, hot water scouldering hot ,no face washers.couch very dirty ,Worst house i have ever stayed in ,for the money i paid was a rip off ,bedside lamp big stain on it , shower was dirty, washing in dryer & washing machine ,no coffee,tea,sugar ,long life milk,ILucky i bought a sleeping bag to sleep in as very sensative to bed bugs,No pots to cook with cleaner came dropped some off,and done very quick clean.I should be refunded……
