「Good」

「The room was quite humid, loud AC unit. Walls are very thin, I could hear people talking in the next room until 12:30am. Did not get much sleep.」

「No room cleaning service, no offering water, no offering new towels…didn’t clean up garbage can, bad smell in the room.」

「First impression was like the photos on line. The property looked nice and rather new. Upon going to our room, we were impressed with the courtyard, the seating and the grills they were available. That all ended when we opened the door to room 205. It was nasty!! The smell hit us as soon as we opened the door. Looking around the room was really disgusting. The walls are all marked up, dead spider in a web in the corner of the ceiling, stains on the walls, the door handle on the bathroom door...

「The property was overbooked and we couldn’t stay there.」

「Check in was easy and quick. The staff very courteous. Our room was immaculate. Very clean bathroom with nice fixtures and Dove products. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Excellent full breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.」

「This is a good property. The rooms seem to have been recently refurbished. We had a suite, and the kitchen was decently appointed. The property is not in the congested part of Mooresville which is nice. I would stay here again. My only caveat is there is no housekeeping until the seventh day. We stayed for six nights, and it would have been nice to have the room serviced at least once. Anything can be replenished, etc., but I really don’t stay at a hotel to take towels to a desk for exchange....

「We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room and everything was perfect. The bathroom was roomy as well as the room. Plenty of room for extra medical equipment if needed. And my favorite part the beds were low enough to transfer from wheelchair. And the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again. L P」

「The walls were paper thin, could hear neighbors on both sides of us like they were in the room. Also road noise was very bad and we were on the lakeside away from the road. Although we were “lakeside”, the part of the lake was a very small and long inlet that the hotel sits on and you couldn’t really see much of the actual huge lake. We could never get hot water from the sink. Luckily the shower did have hot water but had to let it run a long time to get it. The restaurant closed at 4 pm...

「Very clean room and public areas, complimentary coffee, tea, and breakfast in the lobby, which is very nice and easy for guests. Easy parking, 10-15 mins walking distance to nearby restaurants and cafes. I'd recommend it to anyone who's around for a short trip or business trip.」

「Environment quiet, air conditioner too noise」
