“The best thing that can be said about this property is that the property manager was adequately responsive to my texts, unfortunately, she was unable to correct the defects at this property. To begin, the code that they gave me for the lock was wrong. It took 20 minutes of my family waiting outside, for them to give me a code that would work. When we did get in the house we found it extremely dirty and in disrepair. There were dead and live insects in both bathrooms and in the downstairs bedrooms.……

“Communication was poor. Check-in information was kept secret until 15 minutes before check-in. We tried to shower upon arrival but couldn’t find towels. We eventually found a few in the dryer. We alerted owner that towels were limited (towels included and we didn’t want to be accused of stealing them). After several days, owner provided towels. My kids call this Spider House, as bugs were everywhere (despite roach bait on counters). We stayed here for a ball tournament. Fortunately we didn’t……

“Well let's start by saying this was the worst stay ive ever had through an expedia property. As I walked into the office I walked into massive amounts of some kind of chemical sprayed in the air. So bad I had to leave the office for open for a minute. The woman who checked me in seemed real nice and polite. She did the check-in process and proceed to tell us we were on the 3rd floor. And then followed up with the statement of "by the way our elevator doesn't work". So we had to climb to the 3rd……

“The house is dirty, smells like mold. All of the couches and chairs are covered in stains and dirt. Went to try and sleep the first night and the sheets were not clean they were covered in human hair and dead bugs, had to use our own bedding. We spent the first two days of our stay cleaning this place, so we would feel comfortable.”

“As a returning guest, I only have positive things to say about staying at Pleasant Lane. The home is cozy and clean. Dani left treats for my dog and waste bags. The location is convenient to town and it’s a nice quiet place to stay. The back garden was full of pretty flowers. You can tell that Dani takes great pride in her beautiful home.I visit the area once or twice a year to see family and I’m always grateful when Pleasant Lane is available on the dates that I’m traveling.”
