「The hosts were amazing. Chris and her husband, Wayne, were fantastic hosts. To our utmost delight, there was firewood stocked by the fire pits for our use. There was also BBQ grills available for grilling. The grounds were breathtaking, with incredible seating all around the river; double-sided rocking chairs, rocking picnic tables, and fire pit seating. The dock was perfect for river-side viewing and a quick dip for some. We will be back! A wonderful treat for our visiting guests. 」

「We liked this stay a lot! Very new and clean, overlooking the mountains, very nice and refreshing. Nice restaurant in a walking distance. Very friendly staff. With that, keep in mind:1. It’s a tent! The walls are made of fabric. This means you can hear everything, from salmon splashing in the river right behind your bed (pretty cool!), to your neighbors arguing. Not only were the hosts so welcoming and kind, the cleanliness was top notch, the attention to cute details in the home, the amenities, bathroom, and design were simply beautiful! 「What a place to start our Alaska adventure, spent 3 nights in the tiny modern house just a few minutes outside of Seward. House easily had enough space for family of 4; super clean since i believe it was just built. Fully stocked with cooking utensils, cups and flatware. Mini fridge, microwave and air fryer were a bonus ! we were greeted with two black bunnies every morning in the front garden, thank you for sharing your space with us.」

「I couldn’t get a hold of them at all. Showed up to the property they didn’t know I was coming. They cleaned the room and I got in at 9 o’clock at night. They were supposed to be two beds. There was only one. I then asked for a discount or a refund and they said no. 」
