I had some issues with a package delivery (missing unit number), and Ivan went out of his way to check the property multiple times and even coordinated with his cleaning team so I could swing by at noon to retrieve it before my official check-in. The communication was seamless, the check-in process was easy, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. It’s rare to find a host this……
