“All good except that the air conditioner did not turn on after we returned to the room after going out to dinner but the fluffy doona kept us warm, so that was not a problem. The curtain could do with an upgrade.”

“There is only one complaint I have. It really annoyed me that I paid for 2 rooms we travelled in one car yet when I came back to the motel I did not have a parking space. I was able to park further down just but surely you should be entitled to the space outside your room especially when you have 2 rooms.”

“Criterion certainly has that country charm, the staff were exceptionally good and friendly and very helpful. The staff make the Criterion great all over. Some of the patrons shod probably seek counselling or check into rehab. The staff deserve a 10/10 for all the crap they put up with. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay there.”
