Lake View Home in Morisset
Welcome to our Lake View Home in Morisset, boasting your own private and picturesque waterfront paradise. This resort-style house is the perfect place to spend a few days or weeks simply relaxing, sailing, swimming, paddling, boating, and fishing.
Located in a serene lakeside community, this home offers a comfortable and relaxing haven for up to 8 guests. Additionally, a boat ramp is conveniently located just 300m down the street.
The space
With its modern contemporary appeal and spacious two-storey layout, our house is situated in a perfect location. This well-equipped home sits right on the lake, with a grass reserve leading to the water's edge.
Upstairs:
- Reverse-cycle air conditioning in Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, and Bedroom 3, with the main control located in Bedroom 1.
- Bedroom 1: Master Room with walk-in robe (WIR), balcony offering lake views, desk, ceiling fan, and air conditioning.
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds, shared bedside table, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, and air conditioning.
- Bedroom 3: Double bed with bedside tables, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, and air conditioning.
Downstairs:
- Two split-system air conditioning units.
- Bedroom 4: Adjacent to the living room, featuring a bunk bed and storage space for clothes and personal items.
- Saltwater-chlorinated pool.
- Outdoor BBQ area and dining table.
- Spacious open-plan dining and lounge room.
- Multi-game tables (Air Hockey, Ping Pong, Pool).
- Assorted board games and kids' puzzles in the living room.
- High-speed WiFi.
- Smart TV for streaming your favourite shows and movies (Netflix available).
- Washer and dryer for your convenience.
Bathrooms: Located both upstairs and downstairs.
Laundry: Situated downstairs.
**Extras:**
- Linens, bed sheets, and towels are provided for the number of guests specified on your reservation/booking.
Guest access
While staying at the property, guests will have full access to the house except for the following:
- The granny flat located behind the front gate, which is not for guest use.
- The 4 garages are locked and not for guest use due to privacy reasons.
- In the backyard, there are no fences between our property and our neighbours. Please respect our neighbours and do not cross over to their grass reserve.
Our guests will be given an access code to open the key lock box. Further instructions will be sent 24 hours prior to your arrival via an Airbnb message.
Other things to note
Dogs are permitted upon request.
Please ensure to clean up after your furry companion. Any dog hair, droppings, or muddy paw prints left behind may result in an additional cleaning fee charged by our cleaning team.
Guests will be responsible for any damages to furniture caused by pets.
Minimum Night Stay:
- Monday to Sunday: Minimum 2 nights stay.

We strictly enforce a no-party or events policy. Our neighborhood is tranquil, thus events such as birthdays, hens, or bucks parties are not permitted. If you are uncertain whether your group fits into any of these categories, kindly message us before booking. Failure to adhere to the "No Parties or Events" rule will result in additional charges, forfeiture of the bond, and/or eviction.
NOISE
As this is a residential area, we value our neighbours' peace. Please show consideration for our home and neighbours by refraining from making noise after 9 pm and keeping noise levels low.

Smoking is strictly prohibited.
