Nestled directly adjacent from the splendid sandy bay of Little Shore with uninterrupted coastal and beach views in the seaside town of Amble on Northumberland’s stunning Heritage Coastline. Enjoy an array of water sports, scenic coastal and promenade walks or take boat trips from the harbour to Coquet Island and spot the seals and colonies of seabirds including puffins. Amble is known for its vibrant fishing industry with its bustling harbour and fishing boats, steeped in maritime heritage, inviting beaches and an abundance of local seafood restaurants, bistros, quirky shops and friendly Inns. Visit the picture postcard village of Warkworth (2 miles), dominated by the majestic Warkworth Castle, a medieval fortress that stands proudly on the banks of the River Coquet. Step inside this wonderful coastal retreat from the front patio garden, nestled adjacent to the splendid sandy bay of Little Shore.


Enter into the vestibule through to the hall and head into the spacious open-plan living area. Relax on the comfortable sofas after a day out exploring the local coastal delights and watch a movie on the Smart TV, listen to your music on the Bluetooth speaker, or just sit back and enjoy the amazing bay views with French doors leading directly out to the enclosed rear garden. Enjoy romantic or family gatherings in the comfortable dining area with stunning sea and beach bay views to admire. The well-equipped kitchen is a perfect space to cook up a storm, with a bistro table and chairs to enjoy a morning coffee. Following on to the utility room, handy separate WC and spacious secured storage for all your outdoor gear, with an a electric door leading out to the front of the property. Leading up the stairs from the hall, you are met with the master king-size bedroom with picture window to enjoy the magnificent coastal views over the bay. The second bedroom is a stylish twin with views over the rear garden. Finally, completing this fantastic seaside property is the shower room with large shower cubical, double headed shower and WC.


Venturing outside, there is a front garden patio with seating area to enjoy the breath-taking seaside views. There is also a large enclosed rear garden with direct access from the open-plan living area and at the side of the property. The rear garden boasts a patio area with table and chairs for al fresco dining or lazy evening star gazing.
